Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Eternal Rose was chosen for its central location to the places we needed to go to over that weekend. We were in town for a sad family occasion, and know Perth very well, so were not tourists and did not need anything more than somewhere to sleep, and some time to ourselves when there. Turned out it wasn't the right place or host for why we were in town. Otherwise, it was okay.

Such a warm and friendly welcome from Kaye who is fairly recent into offering B and B. A home in which she delights in sharing with all from different walks of life. A lot like us arriving at the airport just 10-15 mins drive away, an easy one when you know how and its not pitch dark! It is a little too close to a busy road for light sleepers, but lovely home comforts.
Breakfast was a help yourself affair from the guests fridge, simple and suited us fine.
Bedroom large, stylish and every comfort including a great shower and 3 wash basins! A bright and comfortable guest lounge and large TV for keeping up with the Australian open tennis.
Kaye is very keen to engage with her guests and a great help in advising us how to spend our day, sourcing information and printing out routes. We had a wonderful stay and will be one of the highlights of our visit from the UK. Thank you Kaye.

if you like casual at the extreme then ok but not my 'cup of tea'

bedroom was large with adjoining shower and two basins but not separated with a door. There was a door on the toilet cubicle.

breakfast was juice crossiants and fruit from odd mugs and plates.

the whole place could do with a good spring clean and the garden needs attention too.

Kaye is very talkative and helpful.

We stayed at her B&B because it is reasonably close to the airport - about 10-15 minutes. We were not disappointed.

The photographs attached speak for themselves.

We got a good breakfast to set us up for a 3 hour journey.
