We stayed to celebrate my partners 50th birthday and we had such an amazing experience. To think we were only 30 mins from the Perth city center, yet we felt we were hours away. Secluded in the beautiful town of Gooseberry Hill, Possum Creek Lodge made us feel we had experienced an international trip. This experience highlighted to us and our friends who also came, that Possum Creek Lodge offers the perfect city get away! The owners, Chris and Diane, really took care of us from the moment of booking online to the moment of handing our room key back.

my husband and daughter and I spent 2 nights there over mothers day weekend and it was just gorgeous. We stayed in Malee which was extra lovely as we had our own private gazebo and parking. It overlooked the glorious garden. Right opposite the lodge is a restaurant and bakery and bottle shop and a few minutes drive into Kalamunda if shopping was needed. Chris and Di were lovely and Chris couldn't do enough for us. We will certainly be repeat guests.

I stayed in 'Rosewood'. It was very well appointed and I felt very much at home. It's location is in a prize part of Gooseberry hill with lovely walks, strolling the neighbour hood with stunning gardens or walks in the bush along the old railway line. The gardens of 'Possum' are tranquil and picturesque. Also the convenience of a really good cafe, restaurant and liquor store are 2 minutes walk, which means you could stay there without having to bring any supplies of your own. Chris and Di were most amenable and helped make my stay so wonderful. Thank you so much. I could have moved in!!!!!!
