Great place to stay for a traditional B&B experience with fantastic service including an impeccable room and cooked breakfast. The accomodation is set in an amazing bushland garden with local birds and animals.
Rosebridge House has been a wonderful home from home which we used as our base for 5 days. Close and convenient to many Perth attractions. Good restaurants within 3 kilometers which we loved. Peter and Julia were great hosts - we loved our breakfasts. The gardens were full of flora and fauna - very entertaining whilst dining in the morning. Rosebridge house is peaceful and quiet - we loved the summer house.
I was warmly welcomed by Pete and Julia, to their beautiful guesthouse in the scenic Perth Hills. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone needing a peaceful retreat.
This homestay is perfect for anyone that wants to relax and escape from reality for a soul, mind and body recharge. It is warm, welcoming and very homely. We stayed in the Rose Suite with the spa, and it was just perfect. We unfortunately missed out on the intimate breakfast as we had to head back earlier than expected however the hospitality services were simple and easily accessible. My partner and I feel so recharged after this stay, cannot wait to come and stay again. Thankyou so much to Pete & Julia.
Came here a nervous wreck and left with a light heart , refreshed and certainly well nourished. Absolutely stunning here and the hosts Peter & Julie are delightful. The walk along Railway Rd is a must and a spot to eat would be Embers just a short stroll away. Will be back again when my body and mind needs to be recouped. Thank you xx
Fantastic surroundings, clean, neat and great character. Very near to restaurants and amenities and central to sightseeing spots in the area. Great hosts, very organised and really helpful. Breakfast was excellent with personalised service by the hosts.
Rosebridge House was the perfect place to stay for several nights as a solo traveler. The hosts made me feel very welcome, and the warm and friendly atmosphere extended to the guests too. Watching parrots and bandicoots feeding at breakfast time was a delight. The carefully restored house with its beautiful garden is like stepping back in time to a calmer, more civil lifestyle, but with modern conveniences like swimming pool and carparking. A pleasant 20-minute walk away is the town of Kalamunda with a good choice of places to eat and drink, shops and public transport.
If your looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle this is the place Lovely house perfect host and beautiful gardens very quiet and relaxing , room was perfect and very clean and comfortable Ordered the cheese platter and wine which was delicious Wouldn’t hesitate to return
Rosebridge is a beautiful historical building with lovely, well tended and mature gardens. Peter and Julia are gracious hosts and the breakfast is substantial and delicious. We have now stayed here on four different occasions and look forward to our next stay.
The room was a real home from home, the bed super comfy and the peaceful setting guaranteed a good night's sleep. The only thing that woke me was the possums and that I didn't mind one bit. I took my morning cuppa to the courtyard, where the owners were kind enough to serve my breakfast so I could continue to enjoy the Yellow-Collared Parrots (28's) and the family of Quenda ( Southern Brown Bandicoot). It felt like a scene right out of Beatrix Potter ! The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the coffee hot and invigorating, when it came to go I must admit and could have stayed forever. What a slice of heaven. Well done Pete & Julia on creating such a welcoming environment that embraces the natural surroundings. I will be back !! Tracey
