We rented a three-room apartment (56B) for 7 nights at a price of 350 euros per night. For this price the expectations were of a high level location and service. Unfortunately, the rented three-room apartment did not live up to our expectations; old, worn and poorly made chairs, very few plates and only 4 glasses in an accommodation proposed for 6 people, a garden without a sunshade (present in most of the other apartments) and only with an umbrella insufficient to protect from the sun (the small garden it was only usable when the sun went down). Before paying I kindly pointed out these points thinking that they would try to remedy it in some way, but they did nothing but take note of what was reported. For the rest the structure is well looked after, the swimming pool is pleasant.

I stayed a week at this property which, I can confirm, offers a beautiful view. Our appointment, a studio apartment, was clean and equipped with the necessary (plates, glasses, pots, cutlery and coffee machine). Instead, a renovation would be needed, even to furniture that now has crooked doors that do not close. Given the cost, I would have expected a cleaning service at least once or twice a week and instead nothing. Also linen change, if requested before the end of the 7 days, is provided but for a fee.

Fantastic place and everything perfect. But the embarrassing breakfast...paid 60 euros for 4 of us and we found 4 empty croissants, packaged jams, 4 slices of bread with a bit of ham and lerdammer. Packaged yogurts. My daughter doesn't eat croissants and when we asked for some focaccia or tart (present on the counter) we were told that they had to be paid for separately!!! We get lost in nonsense. With what you pay it doesn't make sense not to have a buffet. We recommend a visit to the 4 star hotels in Trentino....

Such a beautiful place. What a shame that the staff is so unfriendly and the rules are extremely strict concerning the pool.
Only one pool is accessible while the others are only limited for the spa. The staff is unwelcoming, and speak to the guest in almost a bad way... one of the hostess shouted at my son who is 3 years old because he was running around.
No room service is available. For a saturday night all restaurants were booked, we almost bagged to get some platters delivered to our room.
I did not enjoy my stay at all... what a waste for such a nice place. They should change all the employees and definitely all their rules.

I have been going to this beautiful resort for years, but unfortunately apartment 30/D is terrible: shower with drain that doesn't work, front door that closes with difficulty, not equipped like others (no clothesline), light on the terrace not working, ironing board broken toilet, etc.
In short, considering the amount they ask for for a week, the offer is absolutely not adequate.

Beautiful location, nothing to say. Too bad about everything else. To make things easier we checked in online at 3pm, but when we arrived the room was not ready and still needed to be cleaned. We waited an hour and a half on the bar terrace and only after an hour and ten were we told that, while waiting, we could access the swimming pool. We wait for the room and finally at 5pm we only manage to enjoy half an hour of sun... having checked in at 3pm these were not our plans, so the afternoon wasted waiting for the room. If they had at least called to say they were late with the room, we would have stayed on the beach a little longer. Another sore point is the cleanliness: room not exactly clean, state of dust on the bathroom shelf, white paper chandelier full of dust and stains, small terrace with stains and dry leaves and, last but not least, in the evening and morning we found ourselves the living room full of ants. At check out I exposed all the problems, but nothing was acknowledged. I didn't expect a discount, but a minimum of customer attention. I would certainly recommend the structure for the place, but I think there is a bit of work to be done in terms of services! Nothing to say however about the swimming pool and the lifeguard who gave us lots of instructions on the area and was really very very kind.

Resort with well maintained common areas. We stayed in a really insufficient two-room apartment for 4 people, with a dated and little functional furniture, tiny fridge. Unusable sofa bed to say the least. Needed some precautions that could make the spaces more usable. We suggest mosquito treatments.

We stayed two years ago and had enjoyed it very much.... Two couples. Booking by email and towards the deposit as requested by bank transfer. We arrive at the pool and of 4 people were only 2 sunbeds. Problem handled by the lifeguard who was kind. We come to lunch..... we order a magnum Valdobbiadene. They don't tell us there's no fresh, and we wait in vain for about 20 minutes without wine. We are offered poi.dopo twenty minutes a glass a head of prosecco while waiting for the bottle to cool in the blast chiller. Between one course and another while the waitress clears tells us that the course would arrive shortly.... to which our friend smiling says "we are not in a hurry there is no problem".... well the waitress replied "actually there is a hurry ho, we have the Saturday job on our shoulders!". Last but not least.... aperitif time (which is not served in the pool but should be taken directly at the bar, we go to get a spritz to take on the sunbed.... we are delivered half a bag of crushed chips san Carlo already open. Beautiful location, but all these inconveniences in the day, for the price paid are not worth the bad impression I made with our friends. I say this reluctantly.... but for the treatment received I do not think we will ever return. (And I say this as a fellow citizen).

Recently built resort, beautiful infinity pool, restaurant, service needs improvement but the sore point is the room! Basic IKEA furniture, rice paper chandelier, flying shower door with mould. On the balcony a battered table without chairs, two faded sunbeds in short... we asked to stay away for a night or to get a voucher because we had to return due to a death in the family... impossible!
