Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Huge, well appointed rooms with really friendly staff. Very clean and well presented. Nice in-house restaurant as well as variety of take-aways, cafes and pub within the same complex. Very convenient to the wider Springfield area.

Second time visit to the Spring lake hotel with a group of ladies. The lunches are well priced & food beautiful. We were looked after by Nikki whose customer service was terrific. So nice to have someone pleasant look after you and give great service. Hotel is clean and nice atmosphere. Will return again soon.

We organised a get-together for four couples at this hotel (a reasonably local one for us), and our separate orders were co-ordinated well for service. Menu was varied enough for choice, and everyone enjoyed their selected meal, no complaints.

Had an excellent stay over Christmas at the Springfields Lakes Hotel in Ipswich. The hotel was plasantly welcoming, general clean feeling experience all over. Big large and airey rooms, smartly furnished. The pool was great to cool off on the warm Christmas Day .

Was a nice spacious clean room BUT for the cost of 1 night I was somewhat disappointed with a number of smaller things that were missing. The 1%ers that make your stay and sets the motel apart from others. * No covered car parking * No Room Service for either Breakfast or Dinner. * Suggested that I go for a walk and buy dinner from one of the restaurants close by. Thought a little strange when there's a restaurant in house? * Maybe at almost $200 a night for a single stay my expectation was high although compared to many other motels I've stayed I don't think so hence why I was a little disappointed.....

Overall the room was massive. It was a suite room that had plenty of room. The room rates was quite reasonable. It was tricky to find and go to the gym in the hotel. The lake anyway is around the corner. The only let down was that the toiletries didn't have toothpaste and toothbrush. The room has the numbers of shops and the nearby IGA closes at 10. I called up reception to ask if there are any other shops to buy a toothbrush and toothpaste and she didn't know any. I found a convenience store a few doors away from the hotel and the attendant told me that they are open from 5am to midnight. That's a handy info.

We found Springfield Kajes Hotel as part of a golf package with Brookwater golf course. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member, who was very knowledgable about local eateries & the Brookwater golf course. (If you choose to eat at Moselle bistro it's a BYO establishment) Our room was a large & beautifully appointed with with a separate bath & shower. The styling too was done in a very sophisticated manner with a very comfortable king size bed. There was very little noise so we woke feeling rested ready for our game of golf! Breakfast was delicious i had the goats cheese tomato & mashed avocado on sour dough my husband had placed eggs & bacon only picky comment as I'm one who eats with their eyes too.. the relish with the eggs was served in a plastic disposable container

I had booked a 3 night stay here. I found my King Suite to be extremely spacious, the bathroom was huge with a full tub and separate shower (with great water pressure!), and a large sink counter. The bedroom was large and the king bed so comfortable. I had a late arrival so my key was at the reception desk. Check-in formalities were the following morning, and the hostess was extremely friendly. The food at BLVD restaurant was good, I had breakfast and coffee there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay in this area of Ipswich/Brisbane.

This is a small Hotel in a residential area.It is located approx 45mins from Gold Coast and about 35mins to Brisbane airport. Although it's small we had a large room with a lounge room it was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It had a Resturant down stairs but no room service. I thought it was ok for what it was just a bit over priced.
