Stopped over for one night on the way to Cornwall. Included breakfast and evening meal deal so good value overall. Really lovely surroundings. Has a lovely outdoor area with stunning views. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, but clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you need.

We were going to stay two nights at this hotel but luckily I booked a room/rate that could be cancelled and after looking at the room immediately shorten our stay to one night. The only way up to the room is a narrow twisting staircase so carrying up suitcases was a challenge, no help was offered. The room was small,...

As soon as I arrived I was made to feel welcome. Mike on the front desk was accommodating and friendly, explaining all I needed to know. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a brilliant nights sleep on a large comfy bed. Extra pillows are available if needed. Towels soft and fluffy. The Brewers Fayre restaurant has a wonderful breakfast menu,...

A lovely if slightly worn Premier inn, great staff, we had air con in our room (20), it could definitely do with more sockets in the room and a bigger tv, but overall its fine. however its connected to a restaurant that was far below the usual standard. however breakfast was brilliant 5 star.

What a dreadful place to stay! This once great hotel is now very dated and the manager is appalling. He walked into a colleagues room unannounced! How appalling, and when challenged he was rude and abrupt. I also suspected something when he suggested a cash payment for the car park that was clearly free, however he pretended to be joking!!...

We stayed here for one night after a very late flight back into Bristol. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist and were quickly checked in. It was great value and super convenient, not too far from the airport. We will definitely use again.

Pretty building in a lovely location. Bit dated compared to other Premier Inns we have stayed in but it kind of fitted with the old building. The food in the Brewers Fayre next door was really good & they have a fab menu with lots of choice. Will definitely be back!
