Hotel was great and owner exceptional organizing our breakfast early for us to make first tram to climb the klettersteig. She also called to check if Klettersteig would be open upon our arrival without us asking. Highly recommended!

Our stay was a disappointment. Here are the reasons: - Room and bathroom were extremely small for a couple - Room was very old fashioned and not renovated - the temperature could not be controlled and was extremely hot - difficult to sleep (windows had to be open as the hotel didn’t reduce despite our complaints) - we expected a thermal bath inside of the hotel as it was advertised (reason we choose this hotel) but in fact this rather a swimming pool slightly heated up. The shower cascade was also broken/not in use - Over CHF 200 per night is expensive for what you got The good points: - the hotel staff is nice - the views from the rooms and the breakfast room are great - the breakfast is diversified and good

We stayed at this family-owned hotel in August 2017 for 3 nights. We were visiting this part of Swizerland and the Baths were a Must! The hotel is located within a short walk of the thermal bath and is close to the center of town. The hotel provided us with the bathrobes and towels for the thermal bath. We were in a suite on the 3rd floor with two balconies - one looking to the mountains (a superb view!) and the other facing the town. It is an older hotel but typical of the good hotels we stayed in during our trip. A large bottle of water, fruit plate and small bottle of wine greeted us in the room - a very nice touch! The beds were comfortable (double duvets are typical) and the walk-in closet, safe, couch, chairs and TV's were welcome. For some reason, the two TV's had different channels available. Breakfast (if selected with your room) is delicious and provides all of the European varied breakfast foods. Coffee is excellent. We did eat one dinner at the hotel. Service at the hotel and restaurant is friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here when you visit the baths.…

It was good hotel at all, the food was tasty and rooms were comfortable, I really liked Grichting, I was there about five times, and every time it gets more better , spa was small, but Burgerbad was in few minutes from hotel , I hope I will back there soon.

We spent 4 Days at this hotel and it was one of the best stays we have experienced! The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was always clean and the gym was amazing. The location is in the heart of the financial district with many things to see and do! Thanks to the staff!
