Very good price quality relation. Nice people always helping and solving your questions. Super breakfast buffet with amazing view, and so the SPA. In the very heart of Saas Fee. 5 stars! No need to say more, try it! No need to say more, try it! No need to say more, try it!

We spent four days last Jan 2-6 but decided to extend two more days because we enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly and attentive to your needs, always willing to do the extra mile for the satisfaction of the guests. Variious selection at breakfast while dinner is simple having a salad buffet, soup/appetizer,...

The situation of the hotel is perfect being in the center of Saas Fee, there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. the room that I got was on the 4th floor and it was very spacious and there was place for four persons. We spent 3 days in the Du Glacier in Saas Fee. The hotel was a first rate experience on all fronts. It is located in the centre of town a short walk to the bus station, the public and private areas were spotless, the breakfast was extensive and tasty and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Next time we...

This is one of those hotels that did the job but little to inspire. The staff on reception and waiting at breakfast were the high point - friendly and helpful, and the coffee at breakfast was the best of a 2-week trip. On the downside, the rooms were furnished in a somewhat cheap and spartan manner and the lobby areas...

In our numerous trips to Saas-Fee, the du Glacier became somewhat of a favoured destination as a place to rest our haunches for a week. The rooms are spacious and have lovely views of the brooding presence of the alps and the lower ski slopes. A TV, free WiFi, ensuite bathroom and other ammenities are provided in an environment that...

We stayed here in December with our family. We were in the beginning disappointed because the hotel looks a lot nicer on the website photos then in reality. The rooms are a bit old, but the beds are good and everything worked fine. What we missed is that there is no longer a restaurant for lunch/dinner (only breakfast). There is...

We have been to this hotel twice in one year and we are planning on heading back for a third! Although some of the rooms are looking a little tired and could do with a refurbishment, they are clean and tidy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is not a lively hotel but it is a good...

I've been there beginning of August. I've been in a single room on a high floor. The room was nicely decorated, well furnished, spotless, and with a fantastic view. The breakfast was very good also, and the service great.

“We had the family suite which has 2 bed rooms/one small living area/one bathroom. I would not recommend having somebody sleep in the living room on the pull out bed, it is really poor. Also if you have to share the bathroom with more than 4 people it would be annoying. Our room faced the gletscher and we had a nice view.”
