Great position overlooking the mountains and lake, 8 mins walk from Station so makes getting there easy from the airport (station in the airport) It also makes it easy to pop on the train to get to other places if you want to.Room with a lake view worth having I think, had three big windows in our room 300. Large...

We didn't stay at the B&B hut we stopped for a sandwich. They are OK, ingredients are fresh, service is good but far from being the best sandwiches in Switzerland (as I read). Boum boum is not spicy as expected, the ham sandwich basically had no ham...

The room was very nice, but simple, located over the cafe of the same name. Nice people running both. Early morning the across the alley neighbors started going through the their tile discards. That followed someone nearby playing loud music and carrying on loud discussions until the early hours. If it weren't for that is was fine. Right on a...

What a Gem! This hotel is in the heart of the town. Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, train station, and the old section. The weekend market was a great surprise - right outside my window! My room was large, with a very nice bathroom. I also had a mini fridge, which was a plus. Lots of Windows to let the...

Just one night at this lovely B&B on our way to Italy. Difficult to find as you have to enter through downstairs cafe. We would never have found it had we not been having trouble paying for parking and had to ask person in front of us! Actual entrance down back of cafe. Our room was on top floor up...

We are staying at Le Charlot for 2 weeks and have found it ideal for our trip to Lake Geneva. The owners and staff have been kind, helpful and just lovely to deal with. Our room overlooks the park and we are steps away from the boat launch for trips all over Lake Geneva. We are about a 7 min...

We didn't stay at the Guest House, but did find the Le Charlot Sandwich/Baguette shop located in front, whilst walking around the Saturday markets (located at and taking up the whole parking area at the Port de Vevey). A good indication of the quality and freshness of their baguettes is the long line into the store. Made fresh and to...

We had a great time over there. The staff is very friendly and the room was big. We didn't know that it was the beer festival which was quite noisy, but the room was quite well sound isolated. The bathroom is huge and you can enjoy a nice italian shower with rainbow shower. We would advice the breakfast which was...

Stumble upon this place on the way from Charley Chaplin statue to the car park. Had the most amazing baguette (Ricanno: chicken, old english cheese, bbq sauce, tomato, crispy onions, toasted). Must try!

I booked a couple rooms for us and friends as a starting point to spend a month in Switzerland and was disappointed that this was the first place our friends saw because it has none of the hospitality the Swiss are famous for. The girls in the sandwich shop are lovely and helpful, but it isn't their main job, making...
