Stayed for 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, really good location with stunning views of surrounding mountains. It was a good size and well cleaned room... The downside was the bedroom had 2 separate single beds!? And the free wifi was very slow.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Albeina for 5 nights in July. It's situated in a lovely alpine village and only a short walk from the Klosters Dorf train station. From our room we had a beautiful view of the mountains and alpine meadows around the town, was like looking at a postcard of Switzerland. The breakfast each...

I returned a week ago from my second visit to the hotel, having been skiing with some good friends, who also stayed here. The owners and staff are all very welcoming, from the moment that you walk through the door, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel minibuses are ideal for taking you to the lift of your choice...

This lovely hotel in Klosters Dorf is a real gem. We booked because it is listed with RCI and we were looking for good value. It surpassed all of our expectations. We experienced a very high level of hospitality. Every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to deliver exceptional service. The food is wonderful. Last year...

We had a brand new room which was tastefully decorated with high quality finishes. Breakfast is nice although I would have appreciated some real fresh orange juice (it tasted like concentrate) and staff weren't very friendly and a very slow every day in clearing away old plates. I also think the breakfast room desperately needs a surface renovation: new dishcloths,...

After I got over the fact that the hotel was actually not in Klosters Platz (Klosters Dorf is not the main town but a few minutes away by car or bus. I did not pay attention when I booked) I actually enjoyed this hotel a lot. My fiend and I decided to go skiing just a few weeks before the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The delightful Sunstar Boutique Hotel Klosters, built in chalet style, is in an idyllic location with wide open panoramic views of the picturesque mountain scenery. The rooms are decorated in Graubunden style with lots of warm Swiss pine, making them really cosy and comfortable. Those in certain categories have a balcony. The lavish breakfast and fine 4-course dinner are served in the country-style restaurant, or, in warmer weather, also on the sunshine terrace. In the cosy "Dorfstube" you can select dishes from an a-la-carte menu. The indoor pool with adjacent sauna and steam bath are tempting places to unwind, and there are also relaxing massages available. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: from sociable evenings with musical entertainment in the hotel bar, to the games room, where young and old alike can have fun playing darts, billiards or pinball. Klosters, just 10 km away from Davos, has a real village feel and offers all kinds of activities for all the family, putting the finishing touch to a perfect stay in our hotel. ... more   less
