Yoga room with forest views is just awesome! Like in Bali or in Costa Rica, where you are directly in the forest with the open windows and can observe animals. Here it is instead of monkeys and parrots, squirrels and robins.... The yoga weeks are an absolute hit. I especially liked the variety - unfortunately at the end there was always the same yoga leader, this was a bit of a shame, although it was good. The whole bathhouse is awesome! The saunas, steam bath, pool...all really heavenly. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great - nothing was missing - possibly some more fruits and wholemeal bread. (since I had breakfast late after yoga, it was possibly already gone....
High level criticism:
The bathrobes are cuddly, but extremely sweaty due to the material. Cotton would be more pleasant. The bathrobe XXL is also very small.
There were a lot of dogs for my taste. Since my room did not have a carpet, however, making this no problem. Although the hotel dog is cute, it interferes with food....
The half board menu was not always very high quality. For the price of 85Fr (if not half board, I think 59Fr) I did not find very varied and the food not adapted to the price. The portions were very generous, mostly also quite delicious, but somewhat unimaginative, simple dishes with a lot of meat. The balanced, as advertised with vegetarian and vegan variants was not really given. The regional touch of flavor, as promised, I lacked. Anyway, I couldn't see this mixture of French cuisine with Graubünden.
in room 211 (forgot to report when checking out) the tap splashes in all directions....

Even the small details "flashed" us: Personal handwritten greeting in the room, Prosecco at morning dinner, Cozy roof terrace with self-service minibar or the free soup element at dinner for my partner because it tasted so good.
We are really excited and would love to come back anytime!

Not too far of a walk away, you'll find yourself at one of the most beautiful lakes where you can use your discount card provided at the reception.

Delicious extensive breakfast with local products, you could sit outside in the garden or the veranda as well.
Very friendly and attentive staff. I had stomach trouble and the owner got me special herbs and peeled almonds and had the kitchen make me special broth, and it worked!
They are building a new spa, so you have to walk through the garden and cross the road to another hotel which had some very chique (herbal) steam rooms, sauna’s and wellness area’s. Could be very busy there at times.
The a la carte menu and set menu are rather pricey although good quality and the set menu had relatively small portions, especially after a long day of hiking. Unfortunately we couldn’t switch to half board for three out of the six night stay.
The veranda is very pretty with a lovely view. The sunsets were phenomenal.
The area and mountains surrounding Flims are just breathtaking with gorgeous hikes and lots of bathing in icy cold mountain streams. The hotel is surrounded by some other hotels, lower down which had some loud music in the evening and you still here the hustle and bustle of the town, traffic and building site. All in all highly recommended hotel.

The food was an absolute highlight – excellent in taste and quality! During our stay it snowed, which turned the surroundings into a magical winter wonderland.
The spa was great – an oasis of relaxation. We found the charging station for cars particularly practical, which made our stay even more comfortable. There is also a yoga offer, which I missed unfortunately, but definitely want to try on the next visit.
The hosts are incredibly warm and create an atmosphere that simply invites you to feel good. I will definitely come back! This hotel is a gem and highly recommended.

Your warm welcome and loving attention touched us deeply. We felt welcome and in good hands from the first moment. The warmth and commitment with which you cared for us and our participants was simply extraordinary.
And the food... every meal is a culinary highlight!
Our participants were also amazed by the loving atmosphere, the beauty of the hotel and the special energy your house radiates. The space we were allowed to use for our work was really a sound temple for us. The view of the snowy landscape, the quiet magic of the mountains, all this has supported our work and well-being in a way that words can hardly describe.
"Whilst the miniscule room is nice enough, if you can stretch to it, upgrade (as we did). The next room we got was almost twice as big! :)"Read full review
