What a great find. We had a 3 day stay with our dog for the Easter break. The hotel was very well presented and a little quirky, exceptionally clean with good parking and it was in the perfect position right next to the ski lifts. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. Breakfast was...

THE LIVINGROOM is a coffee/tea house with a selection of wines and spirits! Off the beaten path....a funky cozy atmosphere to meet with friends, or just to unwind from a day of skiing. The owner is lovely and full of helpful information. Don't leave town without stopping by!!

We had a nice room and the people where friendly. The location was awesome. But god: you feel being in an old English pub in the common areas! It's feels like an old hotel that requires refurbishing. And it was very expensive! 400 CHF per night. If you ask me the price for such a hotel in such a resort...

We spent a week here post-Christmas and found a lot to recommend. Location is superb, right next to the ski lifts/ski shop/ski school, the reception staff were extremely helpful booking restaurants for us and patient in dealing with some important packages I was having couriered to me. The style of the place is slightly eccentric - oddly, lots of British...

We've done many trips to Flims and this one consistently comes out tops for a number of reasons. I reviewed this over 4 years ago before, and my star ratings has gone up one. Location Its located on the main street, opposite the central ski lift area. Nearest Post bus stop is directly outside, Bergbahnen Stop, the post bus connects...

Fantastic hotel to stay. Great location next to the lift and the village. By far, the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered in all my world travels. I can not wait to go back again. Hospitality is 5.5 stars

My husband and I recently relocated from Houston, TX to London for work and were looking for a quick weekend ski trip and Flims Laax was recommended to us. If your goal is to be as close to the ski lifts as possible, this is the place for you. The hotel is located at the Flims Base and is a...

Right next door to the ski lifts, very friendly owners, simple but good breakfast, nice (and not that busy) bar area with ability to order the good Mexican food served next door, ski rental next door. We went there with our three kids and dog and appreciated all that I mentioned above. If I were to go longer than a...

This hotel is not cheap, but the location is excellent, the facilities are nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a lovely room with balcony overlooking the Arena bar which we did not find to be at all noisy (unlike other reviewers). The spa downstairs is very well done, the only complaint is...
