We stayed her for a second time and the rooms already started to look used. Somehow our room was close to some wasted air tube which probably came from a nearby restaurant or hotel kitchen so you couldnt really open the windows which were located towards those tubes. Since the room was facing towards the street we were woken up... More

I've been lucky to stay in Marriott hotels around the globe but I'm not fancy and when's about finding a nice place in Crans-Montana I would always go to this hotel, not that big only few floors but warm and clean as home, nice people, friendly and efficient. A great experience

Really nice clean rooms - spacious with modern features including multi language tv - all English channels available even itv3! The location is excellent on the main high street in tis quiet but stylish resort. We had the half board option but this was disappointing as was the service in the restaurant as they didn't even tell us what was... More

The hotel is very authentic. It is well located at 15 minutes in taxi from the train station. The service is good, staff are nice and efficient. Rooms are very simple, don't except too much. The hotel restaurant is very good, you can eat the best fondu, we loved it. My room was just under the terrace of the bar/restaurant,... More

I chose this small hotel because of the location - short walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, etc. It is right in the middle of town, and to a degree, a classic auberge. The ground floor is mainly the restaurant and bar (where the breakfast is served) with a very small reception area. I had a single room that lists... More

Was here for two days for a b day party with my family. The hotel was averse but the restaurant attached was the worst ever! Staff was rude, ugly and unpleasant... Didn't care I wanted a table I ended up seating myself at the bar to avoid the rude waitress Food too 30 mins and I ordered the salad and... More

I have stay in here with couple of my colleagues in the middle of November. First thing we have been surprised by was very low level of English of the staff, where it takes couple of minutes to speak with somebody who knew English. Hotel is typical low-end mountain hotel for people who spend the most of their time by... More

The location is great, right in the middle of Montana. Plenty of restaurants and shops around, as well as a Coop supermarket. The parking is free but small. Sometimes can be full, although we've always managed to find a spot. The breakfast was very basic but nice. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This hotel is well located at the heart of Montana and offers large and clean rooms and a nice local restaurant. Unfortunately the service is poor, we didn't have soap and shampoo in the bathroom for 2 days and when we mentioned it at the central desk nobody apologize and took any action. The breakfast was included in the rate... More

My family and I went to this hotel for New Years and it was great. The family that owns the hotel and restaurant were amazing. It felt like another home. I had a problem with one of my teeth, where I couldn't even speak, and the owner was so kind that he gave us numbers of multiple dentists and even... More
