It has been nice to walk thru Brig during the evening and to visit the Castle in the old city. The hotel was really nice with a "belle Epoque" style which adds also something special. The staff is gentle and the breakfast was nice.
the staff is very nice and helpful. the rooms are large, clean, have all amenities needed. the corona measures were well implemented. The hotel owners changed their parking lot into a garden restaurant. i liked it very much. For breakfast, all itemms are packed separately. good location close to the station and in a quiet street
They are extremely friendly, helpout with any problem you have. The hotel is clean and has an excellent service. And the best is the food in the restaurant. Thank you to the complete team of Ambassador.
We popped in for Friday lunch and took items from the menu of the day. For a starter we chose a cold potato soup topped with fried leeks julienne - delicious! The main was grilled pikeperch (Zander) perfectly cooked, soft and juicy served with crushed potatoes and an edible crispy wafer bowl of salad with melon pearls - super delicious! Washed down with a very nice pinot grigio wine. Reasonable prices for outstanding quality. Pristine white tablecloths, excellent service and friendly staff. We consider this the best restaurant in Brig.
Very happy experience: (1) Beautiful Art Deco building in classic hotel style & in great condition; (2) Close to station but on quiet street (3) Clean, simple bedroom & everything worked, e.g. TV, WiFi; (4) "M-G" on front desk welcoming & friendly; (5) Excellent breakfast available well into morning; (6) Coffee machine in bedroom
