I have just returned from a Motorcycle tour and whilst in Germany we stayed at the Haus Aladin. That is in Cocham, I cannot fault the place, it is in a very central position only a short walk to the River and amenities. The place is extremely clean and we were well looked after, breakfast is fine with ample selection...

I will not moan about heat inside, because outside was +40C (July) and, as I understand, such hot weather is not usual there. But AC would help a lot. Other thing - no wi-fi at all. Everything else was like perfect. Room was clean, good location, really good breakfast. Hostess was very nice and helpful. Each morning she recommended us...

We had a lengthy 6 week vacation in Germany and stayed in 11 different towns and cities and had positive reviews for all but this bed and breakfast. We attempted to make reservations in Cochem, Germany and we found this proprietor through Airbnb. She initially told us that the cost was incorrect and that the actual cost was higher. Not...

A very close to Town Premises. A nice, friendly welcome. Clean and pleasant Room. We stayed two nights at this little Bed and Breakfast on the Main route from the north into Cochem in the Mosel Valley, and was a very nice place to be. 10-15 minute walk (depending on your pace) to the Centre of Town. En-suite facilities in...

We spent fantastic week cycling along Mosel- thanks to our hospitaly lady of the Gästehaus Aladin. She gave us many useful tips where to go. Breakfast was made with passion and care. Everything was clean and spotless. You really felt as home. I can recommend Gästehaus to everyone!

We stayed at Haus Aladin for a week in September. Heidi, her husband and daughter were very welcoming and very helpful. I'd recommend the breakfasts. The flat was perfect for us two, but would easily have accommodated two more people. It was comfortable and well fitted out - we rent accommodation several times a year in Europe on holidays and...

I'm a bit late in writing this review, but we stayed at Haus Aladin in September 2011. Heidi was kind enough to collect us from the train station (and her equally charming daughter gave us a lift back to the station when we left). As others have said she is very helpful in offering advice and where to go and...

Heidi was very sweet, charming, and hospitable. She gave great advice as to where to go explore, eat, shop, rent bikes, etc... Breakfast in the morning was always pleasant and yummy :). We stayed in the "sun" room (top floor), it was a hike to get there everyday but a nice room with a comfy bed and a bathtub. Haus...

I will definitely make a return visit to Haus Aladin. Family run business and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Very knowledgeable about local history and sights worth seeing. Breakfast is very good and room comfortable. Shower hot and strong. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Cochem.
