Stayed here for 4 nights on an international training programme and the hotel was more than adaquate, the rooms were big and clean with TV but not in English. The breakfast was usual continental things but not a wide choice, the bar is small but we were out most nights so not a problem, there is free Wifi wich is...

The room & washroom were neat, bed comfortable for a nice sleep. Breakfast was also adequately spread. However, the irregularities in the speed of wifi network and the rooms were not equipped with air-conditioning or air vents! The unavailability of air-conditioning or cooling vents in the room meant it was suffocating and you cannot have a nice sleep. It had...

The hotel is not located in a interesting place and the attention is incredible rude. The reception is closed at 11pm and if you take a drink around and arrive later they will let you out. No one will open the door. The receptionist never answers the phone even for an emergency. There is not even a bottle of water...

The hotel is located close to the city's shopping center. Bars, restaurants are just around the corner. The hotel breakfast is quite ok. All offered goods were fresh and tasty. The check-in and check-out procedure was very friendly. Attention, this hotel has a lot of stairs, which makes it less useful for disabled persons.

I stayed here in July 2013 whilst attending a conference in Giessen. Rooms are a decent size and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. I was offered breakfast every morning of my stay but never dined at the hotel as food was provided at the conference. Reception was always able to assist when I needed anything. I was there...

Was here for a special event for four nights. For a double room, my colleague had negotiated a price of 75 Euros per night. When we checked in, the price was not discussed - all that was discussed was that breakfast was included. Unfortunately at the end, we were billed 83 Euros per night - a 10% increase on the...

Rooms are large, breakfast is good and restaurant food is generally very good. Bar appears to be shut most of time and we have had to ask on two occasions for a drink from the bar after a meal.
