We stayed here for the fourth time. The resort is situated just outside Winterberg, very quiet but only 5 minutes by car from the shopping center. To the ski slopes by car between ten and fifteen minutes. Ideal if you want to enjoy the ski slopes but are not interested in the busy nightlife in Winterberg. Right behind the resort...

Nice apartments, in pleasant architecture. We used it for skiing and it was good. Don't expect luxury, though. The bathroom is simple but functional and clean. The kitchen is very good, including a nespresso machine, no dish-washer though. The living room is large, but the couches are uncomfortable: too hard to sit comfortably, as they are also beds for the...

Positives: Nice location with clean rooms. Negatives: Would not serve us breakfast. Told to reserve tables even though restaurant was empty. Tried to reserve for next day again was told it was full. Yet again when you walk by in morning restaurant half empty. Very strange!!!!

We stayed 2 nights in a Hapimag (Winterberg) appartment. The welcome was good. We didn't book before, they gave us the key of the appartment to check if it was the place we wanted to stay. Bedroom, living room, balcony and bathroom are ok. The kitchen is incomplete: no microwave, no oven and no dishwasher. At leasty the microwave must...

We stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and a combined kitchen/living room, where also 2 people could sleep. We paid 65 euro per night for the apartment and stayed from February 25th to February 28th. The apartment was very fine and was very clean. We had a really nice view of the city. The apartment had a small kitchen, but...

I love Hapimag and this place is no exception. The apartments are of the usual size and standard. The pool and spa area are great, although the male changing could be a bit bigger. The Rotharsteig restaurant is fine and not too expensive by German standards, and there are two other restaurants as well. There is a small supermarket and...

We spent a week in Hapimag with our two dogs, and really enjoyed our stay here: Nice piece and quiet, great area for walking and a pool and hottubs for even more relaxing times. We most enjoyed the Wok5 restaurant there, some really innovative sauces, which made the meals a real joy! In the rothaarsteig restaurant we used the buffet,...

Great hotel for winter sport. I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool. In general the spa facilities were great. The pool could have been bigger since it is mostly used by family with younger children. You have to bring your own towels from your room and to get a fresh clean towels you have to pay extra which...

This is one of the Swiss Hapimag resorts all over Europe and Florida. Most rent to nonmembers by the week or even per night when they are not fully booked. They are modern, very clean and each unit has a full kitchen. This particular one overlooks Winterberg, a quaint German vacation spot in the Sauerland region, which offers a great...

This place works for families. It has a pool and a restaurant serving resonably priced food. Most of the food worked well with our kids, although slighly German (then again we are in Germany, so this is what one should expect) Service is ok. The apartments have a resonable size (not like those prison cells that one finds in French...
