After our arrival in Germany, we were looking to get out of the big city and experience a small, "old world" town. I am so glad I listened to other reviewers that recommended Schwabisch Hall. Despite being exhausted by a long flight, the extra drive was worth it. The town is quaint and we felt immediately immersed. The hotel has...

Not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It should be more. The staff alone make it a 5 star experience. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We arrived much later than anticipated due to the traffic in Stuttgart, still got a really warm welcome from reception. The room was lovely and big and the beds really...

Idyllic old building with fairly recently renovated sanitary facilities. Staff was friendly, yet limited with language skills. We stayed only one short night but historic surroundings could have provided entertainment for longer stay. We had nice view to old town square. Hotel restaurant was desend. The menu was quite traditional with good wines.

This is a very old hotel. It is directly across from the big church. Beautiful bells were heard all day and evening, but didn't hear any during the night. Staff was extremely happy to help with anything we may have needed. It was a cool, rainy day when we were there and hardly saw a person. Most stores were closed....

This hotel was wonderful and perfectly located in one of the prettiest and peaceful cities in Germany. Our stay was highlighted by the staff who were very helpful and knowledge of the local area. right at the steps of the Church and at the top of the town center.

Stayed with my parents. Everyone was kind, the room was spacious at a reasonable price, the city center was right next to it and yet the parking lot was nearby. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Germany! We miss it already!

My wife and I came for the jazz festival. I can endorse other very favourable comments about the hotel location, food, staff, etc. I can add that the hotel provided gluten-free bread for breakfast and a choice of gluten-free food for an evening meal. The staff spoke good English and they were patient when I spoke in somewhat rusty German....

Great hotel in Schwäbisch Hall! Historical building and great atmosphere. The location couldn't be any better - perfect location for the market and surroundings. A great small town in Germany! The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is great for a typical German/schwäbisch meal. The restaurant service was impeccable! Highly recommended!

So glad we stayed here. What a wonderful view of the gorgeous old church and all its stairs, and right in the center of the old town square - you couldn't ask for a better location! We had a nice room with a view to the old church - terrific! Loved the hotel pug dog who greeted everyone at the...
