Mal wieder Mercure,
Basically everything is ok. Room clean and everything so far in tact.
Parking in front of the house (only too expensive!) and internet available, although not very fast. Unfortunately, the water in the shower only comes in homeopathic cans - maybe you should take out the well-known reducers. Every guest who stays in the hotel all year knows this. You save a little water, but the guests are not happy.
The restaurant is rather basic - service, well and the food rather average. You could go somewhere else.
Breakfast is very fast food-wise; I didn't like it that much. Moreover, at the very high price. The staff at breakfast rather not so great: Loud, polish, I didn't feel like a guest, I felt like an object of management.
Also negative I found that I should pay on arrival. Funny.
I have not had so great ones at the Mercure chain a few times now (I remember Lüdenscheid), but here it is such a middle thing: Goes, but not my favorite.

Checking in was OK, only the request for late check out was accepted but not stored.
The decisive factor in the review, however, was the second restaurant visit. We both ordered the same meal, but neither of them was good. We therefore ate almost none of the meat. The complaint in the restaurant had no result, so we also complained at reception. There we were assured that we would receive a call back from the manager in charge, but unfortunately the call never came. Promising a call but not keeping the promise is not exactly good for a 4-star hotel.

We had a problem with the reservation due to the travel agency, they were able to solve everything quickly, effectively and with extreme gentleness.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the swimming pool correctly managed, and the sauna well organized.
The breakfast was great (extremely appreciated by children), and the beer, before going to sleep, was good.

Dear Matteo Carlo C, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and wonderful experience with our Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Sindelfingen an der Messe. We are delighted to know that our staff went above and beyond to solve the issue efficiently and courteously. It's also wonderful to hear that our rooms were comfortable, the swimming pool and sauna were both managed correctly, the breakfast was a hit with children, and you even had an enjoyable beer before bed. At Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Sindelfingen an der Messe, we strive to provide excellent service with a focus on providing comfort, convenience, and relaxation for all our guests. Your kind words are greatly appreciated and we are thrilled that we could make your stay memorable. We hope you will visit us again soon! To check in one hour earlier, the hotel charges €60 with an overnight rate of about €100. The reasoning is a fantasy story. According to the lady at the reception, all guests check out at the same time at 12 pm and not a single room will be ready before 3 pm. Other guests have observed that many rooms were ready before midday. This behaviour of the lady at the reception is, in my opinion, insolent. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. In addition, the parking space is shown on Mercure website at 14€/day. However, 15€/day will be charged on site.

We were very disappointed with this hotel.
Check-in was possible from 3 PM, but at 3:45 PM, they informed us that no baby bed was available for our two-year-old, despite our request when booking. By this time, it was already too late to cancel our reservation. If you're traveling with kids and want comfort, avoid this hotel.
Management doesn’t seem to have enough baby beds.
Also, the coffee machine in our room was dirty with old, used capsules and was leaking. Overall, a very poor experience

Terribly, terribly hot in the rooms.
In the midst of an European energy crisis this hotel heats the rooms up to a perceived temperature of 35-40 Celsius. There is an AC but this cannot by far compensate to the crazy , unhealthy heat the hotel is feeding its room with. Open the windows (with an outside temperature of 6 C is also not sufficient + you get the heavy traffic noise of the road). It’s really a health disaster to expose paying customers to this absurd situation. Avoid staying here if you don’t want to wake up with a headache and feel deeply dehydrated.
We rarely complain on our stays, but this one set a new low. Thanks Mercure for ruining our weekend.
(And to the manager that is considering replying to this message, your virtual reply will not solve the problem in real life, sorry we don’t buy that)

Dear BuS, you are absolutely right, unfortunately our answer does not change the experience you had with us. What it does change is that we would also like to and must apologize to you. We are hosts and that means that we want to make our guests' stay pleasant in every way, and that didn't work out for you. We have passed on this technical defect directly to our house technician to make sure that this will not happen again. Kind regards from Sindelfingen

Upon arrival at midnight, the room was neither prepared nor cleaned (towels on the floor, empty bottles, old glasses…)
No other room available and no alternate solution proposed. We declined the room BUT hotel processed payment. Asking for refound, no reply !

Hello,
We stayed a week at the hotel . Rooms are well all very clean.
There is a small wellness area with swimming pool and sauna everything is very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. There were a few changes that were fixed immediately and I have to say rarely have I experienced such a top professional manager at reception. Thanks again to Mr. Tamam and Mr. Mubarak for the great service and understanding and support and kindness no matter what time. It was always tried very hard and immediately implemented by Mr Tamam . Anytime I would book again. Thank you and see you soon

I had a 1.5 weeks stay with this hotel. Customer service pretty mediocre. I would definitely not recommend for long stay.
Some of the unpleasant experiences include:
1. I was told that the laundry service provided is the same day collection service. However, they are only back to me three days later. Part of the delay was due to hotel staff’s failure to check return laundry.
2. Blackout “three” times while I was in my room resting and having dinner. No electricity during the period and hotel staff failed to notify me (which I have requested for over the phone) once the blackout was over.
Do not expect any services or support from the hotel staff just like any 1 star hotels. You are pretty much on your own.

Dear MichelleNg1992, Thank you for your feedback on your stay. There seem to be many points where we should check again how this could have happened. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. We are hosts and that out of conviction, however, we are also human and mistakes happen, even if we would have liked to avoid them. We are very sorry that you could not remember us positively and would nevertheless be pleased to welcome you again in our house to show that we can do this better. Kind regards from Sindelfingen

It was a great. Just one suggestion, please try to make the swimming area safe for children, by clear demarkation lines and by keeping some safety equipments. Otherwise it was very nice stay and would like to stay again. Thank you

Hello, yes of Course we have. Best Regards
The bus route doesn't have classic attractions along the route. But you can reach the train with it and head directly to Stuttgart City center for attractions. The payment will be done on board or via the "VVS" app
Not all of our rooms are equipped with a kettle, higher categories have a coffee machine instead. The shopping center is called "Breuninger Land" and is about 5min. walking away and opened 6 days a week.
