As soon as we arrived at the hotel we felt good. The staff was more than helpfull and professional. We had to wait for a while because the room wasn't available jet but that didn't matter because meanwhile we had all the information we needed to visit the Christmas market in Düsseldorf. The tram is just across the street and...

Set in a green zone just out of Neuss' city gate. Shopping street within walking distance. Tram and bus 50 meters from hotel door. Frequent connection to Dusseldorf Hbf (main station, city centre). Tram stops close to Rheinpark shopping centre as well, a few stops from the hotel. Very easy, cheap public transport. The hotel is good quality for the...

This is not my first stay here, nice hotel not too far from city centre. Visiting Düsseldorf tram stop Wright outside the hotel . Nice clean and large rooms, and all that you would want for a short stay. Breakfast is excellent with a large choice for all. Staff are very friendly, nearly all speak fluent English. A point for...

We hadn't stayed at a Dorint Hotel for a couple of years, but our past experiences at The Hague, Schipohl and a Dorint at the Nürburgring had all been positive experiences. We were traveling with an airline crew but had our own, separate reservation with the hotel. Once checked in, we arrived at our room and were a little dismayed...

In the hotel the breakfast is very extraordinary. You can take a tram to Düsseldorf very easely, you reach Düsseldorf after 20 minutes. tip: take a boat on the Rijn. The beds are good, the shower also.

This is my second business stay at this hotel and while it does have a few downsides, e.g. No airconditioning, the WiFi is intermittent and the bed smaller than most, it is clean, the staff were all helpful and the walk to Neuss was pleasant. If the WiFi were improved I would return for future business stays.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on a business trip, and we were treated exceptionally well. Our room was about the average size for a European hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet! In fact, we didn't need lunch after that. The hotel location is also nice because a tram runs just outside...

Stayed here when on business in Ddorf. I took the train to Neuss which was easy enough and then walked through Neuss to the hotel. The town has nothing at all worth seeing, although the rosegarden in which the hotel is located is pleasant for a stroll. The hotel seems quite modern and was impressed with a welcome drink upon...

This hotel is bad. It looks nice from the outside. I really liked the artwork of the ground floor area. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is fantastic. That's it. Staff is rude and unhelpful. From reception to breakfast staff; I barely got a hello. They weren't particularly helpful or friendly. We asked for a taxi, we were told it...
