Good hotel for the location, parking all around the rooms. Excellent welcome, good description, room and bathroom not huge but enough to not clash. Comfortable bed with spring mattress. In my room I had no connection to the computer, in the common rooms it was fine. Good breakfast, for the first time ever I found ham, salami and cheese portioned and vacuum-packed, lots of fruit available.

We spent one night at this hotel on our way to the south of France. Welcoming reception, clean, large, comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was OK, nothing special but much better than the average Italian hotel breakfast. Has good parking and is close to the motorway system. The only thing which would have made our stay more comfortable would have been facilities for making tea/coffee in the room and the A/C was too loud.

The hotel is on a calm area 20 minutes walking from Ovada city center or 5 minutes by car. Our room was for 4 people (2 kids in bunk beds) and was very clean, big and silent.
Breakfast was fantastic, specially for kids who enjoyed the different variety of pastries. The strong point is the location next to the highway and the comfortability for a 4 stars hotel.

I stayed two nights for work reasons, I already knew the structure. Room was normal, clean and comfortable. Acceptable breakfast. Convenient structure due to its proximity to the motorway recommended for business trips. Silent at night, but as it is mostly frequented by "workers", the noisy trolly traffic starts early in the morning

Good location beside the highway so mostly you stay here to sleep well and continue traveling. Forget it! AC and ventilation pipes lines are extremely noisy and it is impossible to sleep. Terrible mattress also. Sleep quality is the most important point for me when i choose a hotel like this: no view, no pool, no restaurant. These means with 4 stars, room and bed should be great, at least!
My room was in the ground floor and shower was very small. Breakfast was just ok, i arrived at 10 am and many things were finished.
Wifi worked very good! They can think to reopen as internet cafe!!!

Even though it's close to the highway, it's a quiet place. Windows are well insulated and the rooms upstairs are not used, so you don't have any noise coming from above. Clean place and the annoying music in the hall is turned off shortly after 9 PM. Tipical italian breakfast (not so large) but very pleasant. Nice parking lot in front of the facility, ideal for travellers. Kind manager.

The address given when typed into our usually reliable SATNAV took us everywhere but the hotel. It is actually on an 'industrial' estate opposite a glass factory. On arrival the girl seemed initially quite grumpy but when we saw her the next morning at breakfast making coffee, clearing tables as well as goining backwards and forwards to the reception desk this explained her manner......she was simply tired. Parking is plentiful, the rooms are cool (great air con) the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the coffees were made to order - really good. Our room had an ensuite shower with loo and bidet but the loo was squashed into the corner and was quite cramped. The room had a balcony which had a view of the hills and motorway but with the windows closed the room was very quiet and peaceful. It was a little drive into town to get an evening meal. Room had a fridge / minibar and free wifi had a good connection.

Reliable hotel, not a bad bet, but I found breakfast to be rather disappointing. In addition there were a couple of details which needed to be resolved (no shampoo in room, for example, and a shower that leaked a bit on the floor no matter how firmly I closed the door).

I stayed here for a few nights whilst on a business trip, the hotel is just off the motorway with a supermarket close by, the building is quite new and clean throughout and the receptionists spoke a good level of English.
The rooms are of a decent standard as you would expect from being fairly new.
At breakfast there was a good selection to choose from.
The hotel has free wifi but could only access in reception which was disappointing.
I was shocked to find out they have no bar or restaurant available on an evening and had to venture out to eat each night and find somewhere to eat.
Overall a reasonable stay and ideal for just bed and breakfast

It would have been a 5 stars, if it wasn't for the fact that they charge Euro 10 per dog (who in Italy are many times free of charge).
It's a small and cozy hotel, well furnished and with a convenient free underground garage plus parking lot. Breakfast runs from early morning till 10:30 and it's a very rich continental breakfast (on the plus side, they will let you eat as much as you like even if you show up at 10:30).
Rooms are nice and clean.Location is very convenient to the Autostrada exit, but still in a fairly quiet location.
