Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The room was very large and spacious, and immaculately clean... bed was comfortable unsure on pillows as we always take our own. Would've been good to of had Netflix etc. I slept really well though hubby didn't as the heating system turning on and off kept him awake. He searched for a remote but couldn't find one , in the morning he noticed the control pad next to the entry door. Loved that you could only reach accommodation levels by using key card. Emily on reception was friendly.

We had high hopes for these guys tonight cause their menu looked impressive.. But for me to have to ask to have my order taken after waiting 25 minutes, then having to wait another half hour to find someone to check on our order only to tell us the docket was lost is just BS. Don't even lie, it was never entered in the first place! You would think that someone would have checked on us after seeing us sitting there with no food or drink for so long but nope! Nothing. So stay away and don't even bother with this place. It wasn't even a busy service!

Visited this hotel for 5 days second week of April, the check in was a bit vague with the reception laying more attention to the guest trying to get money to play the pokies than the actual check in process. Hence I wasn’t really indicated where the room was or how to head up to the elevators or presented with any of the other facilities of the hotel, until I asked of course. No complaints as the receptionist was adequate to the standard of the Australian hospitality service. Room was quite on the second floor and spacious but bed wasn’t very comfortable. Also the showers lack water pressure but this is very subjective. The restaurants are okay and they offer a variety of meals nevertheless no buffet breakfast but there are plenty of choices around the area too thst you can Uber in. The reason it gets 4 stars for me it’s because of the location which is convenient for me and it has the facilities I require during business travel. Overall a nice hotel and the rooms were dressed every day which is also a plus on this lack of service environment we live in today. Oh it also has free parking and I didn’t find it too noisy as other people have complained about.

good room with comfy bed and hot shower. Clean and modern. Under cover car parking included. They have good bistro and same spot for breakfast. Sports bar in another area where we go for drinks after work. This is a place we frequent alot and is the company's default hotel of choice in the area. Really can not say a bad word.

I'm normally very satisfied with the accommodation, but beware of room 347. It must be next to a plant room as there's a noisy mechanical rumble unit 11.30pm. The staff were willing to move me but there were no vacant rooms.

Small TV. The balcony was locked. Shower dispensers were too far from the shower. The bar waitress did not know what Cointreau was. Had to check with the bar even though it was listed on the wine list. Very average for the price.

The guy at the front door was rude and had a horrible attitude. I was charged $250 bond at check in ..my company booked my accommodation at the last minute and flew I up from Sydney. I tried to explain that I didnt have time to read there bond policy as I didn’t make the booking and I was told the bond wouldn’t be transferred back into my account for 14 business days after I depart. I tried to explain that I couldn’t afford to wait that long and he told me that if I wasn’t happy I could leave and he would cancel my booking.. After that I felt I didn’t have a choice but to pay the $250 bond. I didn’t have my credit card on me at the time so used a debit. My complaint was the front door staff I thought he was rude and definitely had no empathy to help a customer. Never again.

I would say average, the room wasn’t clean very well there was Cobb webs on the light switches, the tv was tiny, access to power points was terrible. The bathroom supplies were terrible most hotels I stay in have a body wash and hand wash these days it was a measly tiny bar of soap, the tiny body wash supplied was expired last year in June! So no one clearly checks this either. The toilet seat was broken. The shower had NO pressure and was barely hot. The beside tables were FULL of dust. The tea bags supplied were revolting, no actual mugs just tiny tea cups. Most hotels have both. The carpark we couldn’t get into At night we had to go into the reception to get it opened as our keycard wouldn’t work so then I said what happens next time we have to use it, he said we have to go inside reception again to get it opened instead of actually being proactive and fixing the card issue so we didn’t have to do that! Staff at front desk were lovely that’s the only positive. No key hole on the back of the doors. We went down for breakfast they didn’t even have eggs Benedict as a menu option who doesn’t have that these days? Overall I wouldn’t stay again and I stay in ALOT of hotels and is extremely sub par. Still waiting on our bond back $250 mind you. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at it’s in my account within 3 days it’s ridiculous

Staff were very helpful, it was quite clear that there were several new staff doing their best and learning on the job, great to see in the hospitality industry. Ordering was a little confusing but we got there in the end. Unfortunately a mishap with the wrong beer being poured, the staff quickly corrected this. Arancini special was awesome. Pork cutlet main excellent. New steak knives maybe needed. Room very well presented. Would really like to see hand sanitiser available as you exit the toilets as all venues should. A pity I have to mark this 4/5, better rated 93/100. Definitely will stay and dine again.😉

This place has always been a great place to dine, but we were disappointed with the customer service received by one young waiter in the Snack bar. His manner was abrupt, quite unpleasant and unprofessional. He was not prepared to assist with the ordering via the app. As we are in our late 70s, we were unfamiliar with the new method of ordering food and drinks. The other staff were lovely and offered to assist. We don’t wish to visit the snack bar again if this particular person is on duty.
