This hotel delivers quality accommodation at a reasonable price. I've always found the rooms clean, comfortable and tidy. The dining options are good, from pub style meals in the Sports Bar, light meals in the Cafe or a more formal dinner in the Bistro. But if you want to venture elsewhere, there are a selection of dining alternatives in close...

There were at least five flies roving around our table so I called the attention of the waitress. She came back with the answer " the manager said we can't do anything with it" . This is the most unhygienic dining experience I had and the manager did not even care. Now I doubt how clean the kitchen and the...

Dear Greville22, Thanks very much for taking the time to write your review. Without knowing where you were dining (near a door, outside) I'm not able to comment on the flies and am sorry to read that they detracted from your experience with us. Please be assured that our General Manager and Executive Chef take food standards very seriously and...

A good one night stopover before flying well positioned 15 minutes from Tullamarine airport . Good dining options within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious and well set out and well worth the price. Only negative was the construction work taking place on the second floor which meant an early wake up call.

Stayed at Mercure Caroline Springs for 2 nights. The hotel is by the Lake Caroline with a nice view and tranquil feeling. The room is new and spacious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bistro downstairs makes the best breakfast. The hotel is close to CS Square and convenient for basic shopping.

I've stayed here a few times a couple of years ago and was really impressed. I stayed in room 343 last Tuesday 15/2/2017 and didn't get much rest and sleep due to noisy ducting runing behind the wall and renovations underway on the 2nd floor. I wish they had advertised that building work starts at 7:30am and don't expect to...

Nicely situated next to Lake Caroline in Caroline Springs a large suburb close to Melbourne city. Food average and sometimes poor especially for the prices charged. Better to have a snack type meal in the cafe or fish and chips in the sports bar can be good but a bit hit and miss. Good parking above restraunt. Pity could be...

The rooms here are larger than your average, with balconies and modern appliances. IF you don't want to stay in the heart of Melbourne, this is a great option. Well featured gym, inside pool, options for dinner in either a restaurant or cafe style food, the only aspect it perhaps lacks is a room service offering. But for the room...

I stayed in a double room with my kids. Both rooms were spacious with a really big balcony. Beds were super comfortable. The main room consisted of the kitchen, lounge and master bed and desk. The kitchen included an oven, cooktop, mini fridge, washer, dryer. They have not spared anything in this hotel. Down to a sewing kit and shoe...

Wasn't real sure what to expect as it was in the 'suburbs'. Very pleasantly surprised with great pathways for walks around the lake. Rooms really large and beds extremely comfortable. Close to shopping centre for supplies and easy secure parking included. Good air con and excellent water pressure in shower. Both restaurant and cafe had excellent selection of gluten free...
