Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults) enjoyed every minute of our stay at Bedarra Beach Inn. Our room was a nice size with a king bed, two twins, a couple of comfortable chairs, a cafe table & chairs, and our own balcony with a view of the water - the photo was taken from there. We enjoyed our included Jungle breakfasts, and when we wanted to have a full breakfast the cost of the first was credited against it which we appreciated. Across the lightly trafficked road there were umbrellas and sun lounges. Kayaks and snorkelling gear were available. There is a reef out a bit so it felt very safe and lots of interesting fish and corals growing. The pool was a simple rectangle with lounges available. We only used it a few times preferring to be as close to ocean as possible. There were several restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the Restaurant at Bedarra is super. We walked along to one of the big resorts to have a look & it confirmation that we were staying in our kind of place - pool beach restaurant all within 60 paces (the big resort was loud, there were heaps of children, much of the accommodation didn’t have a view, and we kind of got lost!). Bedarra was laidback and lovely and really good value for money … and the staff - they were SO SO lovely. Knew our names within the first day or two, and so kind and accommodating Not sure I want to let the secret out but …. I highly recommend Bedarra Beach Inn for a laid back vacation.

We can not fault this place, it was a highlight of our trip to Fiji mainly because of the incredible staff who work here. They all were genuinely friendly people who created such a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do on the coral coast. We had the pool to ourselves most days, the beach just across the road was great for our kids (ages 8&5) to snorkle safely and explore. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The room we had was perfect for our family of 4, spacious and clean. We are so glad we experienced the relaxed friendly environment at Bedarra.

Spent 3 days at Bendarra great location, beach is metres away with sun lounges overlooking the ocean. Some great little restaurants within walking distance. Casablanca, Satir and The Crab Shack. You can catch the bus into Sigatoka town to do shopping near hotel for $2.00 one way. Hotel is old but very clean and neat and there is no television in the rooms. The room I booked was very spacious with a king bed. Weather was perfect every day. The resort wasn’t crowded it was just perfect. About 1.5hrs from Nadi airport. The Outrigger Resort is nearby. Highly recommend this little beauty.

We are in our late 50s and booked this accomodation after reading reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Good value for money. Rooms were not ultra modern but really comfortable with really comfortable beds. Food was beautiful and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. There were other places to eat close by if wanted. Had happy hour between 5-6pm and was a great opportunity to meet other travellers

Bedarra never fails to please. Being a small resort is one of its great assets, the other is the staff. Rooms are always very clean, beds are comfortable and staff are always welcoming! We’ll be back.

This was our first trip to Fiji. I travelled with my sister. We booked the Bedarra because of its great reviews and because it sounded great value for our budget. It was perfect for us! Awesome food, friendly staff, great massage, a pool to cool off in, and a very spacious spotless room with an ocean view. The Bedarra is a small resort and is relaxing and peaceful. The weather was great - sunny and no rain, although too windy to snorkel some days (we were told the previous 2 weeks had alot of rain so we were fortunate). The Bedarra is central to lots of activities and other great restaurants. If you want an authentic Fijian holiday at a reasonable price, this place is for you. If you want all the bells and whistles, go to Denarau (we didn't have a TV or phone in our room). If you have school age kids, the Bedarra doesn't have a kids programme, a bigger resort with lots of family activities may be better for you. I can't wait to return :)

Bedarra is amazing, I don't know where to begin. Immaculate grounds, fantastic food, cleanliness is maintained at the highest level by the best housekeepers in Fiji. Good sized rooms & comfy beds/pillows - all of that exceptional, what really tops off Bedarra is the Staff, always smiling & happy to greet you no matter how early... or late. AMAZING experience.

Great place, lovely staff, and the food was really good every time (something that is not common in Fiji). It is a very windy spot on the coast and not much to see snorkeling, but the hotel is sheltered and the pool is great.

Would 100% stay again!! This is one of my favourite places to stay on the Coral Coast. Right in front of great little snorkelling beach. Excellent happy hour and restaurant had very good food. Rooms were also nice, great cost effective place to stay!
