Gianni proved to be a very friendly person and provided us any support we needed, helping in organizing a pool party for our son's birthday, giving us tips for visiting local places "out of the beaten track", even giving little Italian lessons. All this out of his own accord, this came from his friendly attitude. This attitude is also seen...

4th time staying this beautiful place where offers the best experience of italian life and family holidays. 4 times visiting year after year tells a lot about the quality of staying in cerqua rosara. It offers clean, comfortable and convenient staying for sure, above all these, the most important value for us is "warmness" from mr. Gianni. I see family...

Cerqua Rosara is a great family hideaway tucked away near Valtopina. The facilities are top notch and the owner Gianni can not do enough to make sure your stay is perfect. The hit with our daughter was the daily trip to feed the farm animals and the huge pool.

We stayed at Cerqua Rosara for three days with my wife and six boys. It was by far one of the nicest places we stayed in our tour of Italy. Everything is of very high quality and first class, from the oversized kitchen down to the chairs at the pool. Gianni is a splendid host and takes care of everything...

A friend and I stayed here for four nights over the Easter weekend, using Valtopina as our jumping off point for trips to Foligno, Assisi, Norcia, Cascia, Trevi and Montefalco. None was more than an hour away; most were less than 20 minutes by car. This was my third stay at Cerqua Rosara and by far the most enjoyable. We...

We spent just a few nights at this B&B two years ago. Now we had to come back to the area once again and there was no doubt where to stay. Cerqua Rosara Residence is beautiful place. It's slightly away from the village centre which means it is very peaceful and quiet there. The whole area is very well-kept and...

Stayed here for a week, there were 8 of us - 4 kids aged 8-14, and 4 adults aged 30s-70s. It was PERFECT. the first night we got lost and didn't arrive until 1am, and didn't have a working phone between us. We'd told the kids they'd be 'camping' in the car that night, but Gianni was up and waiting...
