Price change from website, phone and person. They charge extra because in a room are two man in abed, even they know that when u make reservations. No is the first time we stay there and each time they change price... They have no ice after 10, they don't make reservations on the phone only website.

nice place but extremly unconsiderate management: untill after dark and starting al 6am workers on the damaged roof made such loud noise that any kind of rest was virtually impossible. It's not the place that disappointed us but the management!

Second time I've stayed here for a week. Pool is kept clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is tasty. The rooms are cleaned daily. The bathrooms are simple but well maintained. When I checked into a room previously occupied by a smoker, staff was quick to move my room without trouble. There is security on... More

This hotel is one of the two best places you may expect in Chinandega, and very balanced prices. The rooms are small but very clean and well equipped with the basics for a nice stay. There is even a small and clean pool. The food is delicious with a variety of international options: sea food, Italian, Mexican, and a high... More

I recently spent 2 weeks in Los Farallones, and I've stayed there in the past as well. In the past, my experience was that the people manning the reception desk were bumptious and bureaucratic. They are still bureaucratic--you need everything but a DNA test to register--but they were generally more pleasant this time. It's a decent hotel for the area,... More

My husband and I live in Nicaragua and frequently eat dinner and swim in the pool at Hotel Farallones. When we have friends in town we take them here to get a good meal and spend some time relaxing. Every single time that we are there we are met with friendly staff and very good service even on days that... More

I lived in Chinandega for many years when there was only Hotel Los Volcanes and Hotel Cosiguina. My niece who lives there now invited us to spend Christmas Eve with her family and lodged us in this hotel for the night, so we were unable to taste the food, except for breakfast which, by the way, is included in the... Its a nice hotel, the hotel seems like new. The rooms are clean and the service is nice. Breakfast is included, but could be better the options they offer. The internet is not really good. Overall I would stay at this hotel. A bit expensive in my opinion.

Extensive menu with excellent pricing for the quality food. Friendly staff, welcoming pool/patio area, well working TV, AC, good cleaning & laundry staff. For me on business, the intermittent/problematic, and SLOW internet caused a lot of stress.
