Stayed her with a family of 5 for Christmas week 2016, and we would consider staying again, but it far from perfect. The pro's: Great view and reasonably equipped mini kitchen, overall condition is acceptable and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. You can ski in/out, but skiing in at the end of the day is easy only...

I was travelling in a group of 6 friends for a week of skiing. We looked at many hotels but decided to spend a bit of extra money in order to stay in a nice apartment. Unfortunately the stay did not live up to expectations. We notified the hotel that we would be checking in late due to our flight...

As with most of the reviews ,I have to agree that the chalets are tired and at times noisey and rather smaller than they appear on Crystal's web site, but after staying in balcons 3 last week I can only praise the Crystal team in resort , our chalet hosts Bo , Ben and Callum were fantastic, they provided a...

Reception staff very helpful and check in went smoothly. Ate in restaurant on first night and food was lovely. Twinner ski shop on site very good and staff friendly and helpful. Hired a 1 bed with cabin sleeps 6. Apartments compact and quite tired looking but clean and warm. Lack of furniture in bedroom. Very small living area with double...

We've just returned after a great week skiing in Val Thorens. It's very disappointing to have say that our accommodation was extremely basic and shabby I would only rate as a 2 star property and definitely not a 4 star as stated. The accommodation could do with a refurb, new bedding pillows etc. It's definitely targeted for young groups and...

I was slightly apprehensive to be travelling as a single Mum with my 13yr old son so chose to book a catered chalet with a small number of guests. We have just returned after a fabulous week which exceeded our expectations. The chalet was "cosy"-bedroom tiny , but clean and we had a great bathroom with a whirlpool bath. (...

Well where do I start. chalet was clean comfortable and roomy. No ski locker just a cupboard for skis and no room for boots. A bench outside to sit and put boots on would be a simple handy tool as there is absolutely no room inside for this. We were greeted by our hosts Danny and Helen, shown our rooms...

We paid £850 with Crystal Ski to go in Dec 16, for this price we got a pretty dated looking chalet, a max of 6 hours sleep per night on a good night (our room was beside the common area and unless you were deaf you could hear people chatting, chairs moving, other guests playing beer pong with the chalet...

We had a large group of about 30 guests, I booked the two larger apartments and one extra 4 bed room. The Hotel is perfectly nestled at the top of resort, ideal to ski back into from the Folie (the last 20-30m is a red/black). We spent most days after the folie relaxing in the spa with panoramic views over...

Stayed here in January 2016 in 6/8 pers. Mezzanine apartment. There were 7 of us in total and it was fine, but I’m not sure there would have been room for an 8th person. The mezzanine room was pretty small but did the job. The complex is well placed, a 3 minute walk to the livelier part of the resort...
