Returning visitors to the Aiguille Percee. Great hotel for a late season winter sports break. Central location with easy access to fast lifts and facilities of Tignes 2100 (Le Lac). Food and service good throughout. Mostly families with children during first week of UK Easter holidays. Special mention for hotel manager Wayne, who was very helpful. Duch Sports equipment rental,...

My husband, our 4 year old twins and I stayed at the Hotel L'Aiguille Percee in mid March this year. The location of the hotel is fabulous; right by all the amenities and the perfect base for a week of skiing. We stayed in two adjoining rooms; the twins had two single beds and our room had two singles pushed...

I was a single traveller to this chalet hotel in March 2017. I had a great week's skiing in spring sunshine. In general I found that the service suited me as a single traveller where the skiing was perhaps more important to me than the Mark Warner service offering. The staff were enthusiastic rather than professional. Rooms were kept fairly...

Stayed here in Feb 2017 with my family. Nice hotel, great location and excellent food. I can only comment on the toddler club childcare which was brilliant, special mention to the lovely Abby and Jenny for looking after our little boy. Most of the other staff were ok, pretty friendly. Very hardworking but not the best cleaners unfortunately. Rooms weren't...

We booked a last minute family ski holiday with mark warner on the back of a friends recommendation! However we were very disappointed from start to finish! The few positives are that the food is ok, however avoid the 2 buffets and bare in mind that the kitchen staff have Thursday evenings off, so you only get 4 decent evening...

Stayed here in January 2017 as a group of 18. The service we received from day one was fantastic. The room was small but adequate and clean, and as you only use it to sleep in, there it was not an issue. The view of the mountains from the bedroom was fantastic. Breakfast was great, Tea and cake was great...

This was my 5th visit to this chalet hotel. Unfortunately the standards have dropped in too many areas - whilst the price has increased. I travelled as part of a small group. On arrival one pair found that their room had been prepared for single occupancy. Vegetarians beware! There is only a single vegetarian main course and maybe a choice...

We loved the Aiguille Percee and its staff. It is well located, the food is of a very good standard (especially when a group of 100 arrives almost at once) and the service is friendly. The one big negative is Mark Warner. We booked and paid in full as a large group, some months in advance. But they sold the...

The most enjoyable aspect of this 3-star chalet hotel is the wonderful welcome. Full marks for the hospitality and perhaps less marks for the hotel itself. The maintenance team were perhaps on holiday?! The shower/bath tap didn't quite work properly. A part of the TV remote was missing so that the batteries fell out all the time. The carpet in...

They did a good job getting us from the dreaded Grenobles airport - it's a longish transfer (quicker going back until we got to chaotic Grenobles). Nice flights by Small Planet. The Hotel was warm and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful The food was good. The complimentary wine could be better - but - hey, it is...
