At the foot of the slopes, Hotel Vanoise is a great find. Pleasant rooms with a cozy bar/cafe area for guests with goodies to munch on and very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms could use some refurbishment but this is a great hotel with a lot to offer for a very good price.

Good location for skiing, great views, a good breakfast, delicious freshly cooked dinners - but almost more important, a warm welcome, and a comfortable relaxing ambience. The public spaces are quirky and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes!

Due to staying at the Hotel Vanoise being a very cost effective way of skiing the Three Valleys I have stayed there twice both times using Crystal ski Holidays because I go to ski not to relax. It is a lower budget hotel but there again I did not pay an inordinate amount for my package deal so you don’t...

Fantastic hotel with a lovely laid back atmosphere - ski in ski out - location superb - step out of the rear door down a few steps and within seconds you are at the ski school meeting point and Tufs chair lift. The town centre which has everything you need is no more than a minute walk away. The hoteliers...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel which is located just downhill from the Tufs lift and uphill from the Grand Motte lifts - ski in, ski out. The half board food was good and plentiful and showcased the local cuisine. The staff were great - nothing was too much trouble and they offered great recommendations around the area....

Lots of storage in the room. Ensuite bathroom (some of the places we have skied just have showers buts its great to have a bath after a long days skiing.) Good quality food. Will make up picnic lunches if required at a charge. Location is superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My son and I spent 6 nights in a "superior" room with a mountain view. It was still quite small, but well equipped with cupboards, shelves and hooks - all essential when dealing with ski kit. The single beds were firm but comfortable. The room was warm. The in-bath shower lacked power, but the water was hot. Do not expect...

If you're looking for bells and whistles, fancy decor, a spa and hot tub this hotel is not for you. However, if you what an awesomely located (just by the Tufs lift), incredibly friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming hotel which serves good food this is the place for you. The rooms are basic (fitting its 2 star rating), but with...

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The hotel is in the perfect situation with excellent access to ski lifts and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Greeted with a warm welcome from Sebastian after a very long early morning journey. This hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are warm, very clean and have everything you need, plenty of space to hang clothes, with very comfy beds and nice towels. Having a boot room and ski locker is also very useful. The food was very good, and...
