Overall you get what you paid for at this budget hotel. Overall the service by the staff was great as we found them to be friendly and with our limited command of the French language if we asked for anything, mainly top-ups of things like milk, butter and pastries in the mornings, they were very helpful. The food was tasty...

Two of us stayed in a quad room which was very spacious compared to most places I have stayed at while skiing. Expectations were exceeded on almost all levels. The food was brilliant with different dinners each night.

I stayed here for a week's skiing in the Espace Killy area. Check-in - reasonably swift considering we arrived at the same time as a number of people. Top tip: don't queue with the rest of the Odalys check-in, queue in the separate 'Chalet Alpina' queue on the right. Room was fantastic for two people, comprising of a large sleeping...

This hotel was booked through Crystal. It was a budget ski holiday so we knew the hotel woul not be luxurious. Perhaps our expectations were different from others but overall we think yhid was a very good hotel for the money. Rooms were clean. Towels changed during the week. Breakfast and dinner just what we wanted - plenty of it...

1/2 Board Accommodation at Chalet Hotel Alpina. Convenient Ski base for Tignes plus Val D'Isere. Comfortable but basic / buffet-style meals fully re-energised needs / very friendly and helpful staff / excellent position for commencing skiing at 2400m. (not quite ski in/out) but with opportunities to take a variety of lifts to explore a large ski area. Very good position...

Booked a ski holiday with Crystal ski ,what a mistake Stopping in the Chalet Alpina. Our tiny little room had three single beds one was in the corridor next to the bathroom . If there was three adults in this room it would be very difficult / uncomfortable. You could not open the frigid door due to it hitting one...

Travel around the world and stay often in 3 star hotels, this was at best a 1 star worthy. Poor quality food, breakfast ran out every day, beds were uncomfortable, linen old, and rooms poorly kept up. Elevator did not work during our stay, understand it had been out for 3 weeks Staff very unfriendly and promised things which never...

Poorest ski accommodation I've stayed in for a long time. Even though supposedly at the cheaper end of the market this was still not value for money accommodation. Stayed with my teenage son and just about enough space. Double bed in main room and single bed in corridor. In theory could sleep two adults and small child but personally think...

Just back from the alpina last week, i was a little worried before we went after reading some of the reviews on here, but don't let this put you off, its a great hotel, the rooms are not massive, but have everything you need, very warm, very clean, free very good wifi, tv with a few English channels, and a...

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I have had skiing. Considering the relatively inexpensive outlay, this place is situated perfectly- very close to the main Tichot chairlift and Grand Motte funicular railway. The rooms, whilst a little shabby were perfectly functional and comfortable, but best of all was the food. I couldn't fault the chefs. They really tried...
