Hello, Thanks for your reply but not your resolution. 'Comfortability' is a fake word, slang. I believe you mean, 'ensure your comfort'. (Your office bound management failed miserably to ensure very much at all). Keeping vital information hidden from people is called deception. Offering an insulting and token compensation (£25 off next holiday), is, I suggest, an unethical attempt at...

Being a chalet made up of previously individual apartments meant that there was more space than I have had before in France. Some of the bed locations though were strange. Food was generally very good, though more attentiveness and preparation by the chalet staff would help.Alpine Elements resort and area reps were often around and were very helpful. We had...

This is a poor chalet with a great location, so think carefully before booking! The area reps are brilliant, but the chalet staff seem disinterested. THE CHALET The chalet itself looks like it used to be a number of small apartments, which have been converted into an Alpine Resorts catered chalet. Some of the rooms therefore have small kitchens or...

Great chalet with characterful rooms and in a great location. Short walk up a slope to 2 chair lifts and could ski back to chalet with heavy snowfall. Sadly, the food really lets this great chalet down and this alone would put me off going again, and is why I'm giving it a poor rating. Breakfasts: Alpine Elements claim that...

Nice chalet, not luxurious but pretty good value. Rooms ok, beds good. Some rooms with interesting alpine ceilings so above normal height individuals need to be careful location vg as 5 mins from 2 lifts & a drag, plus ski back possible with enough snow We had a great week with Alpine Elements and would use them again - thanks...

I visited Chalet Neve mid March with a group of friends and stayed for a week. To echo the reviewer below it's not a luxury chalet, but for the price it was excellent value for money. Rooms were small but clean enough and very warm. Out room was located next to the dining room which could be a little noisy,...

I was really pleasantly surprised at how lovely this chalet was after reading some of the reviews. It is three stars/diamonds - it is not a luxury dwelling! It is really lovely, full of character, clean, it has everything you are going to need for a skiing holiday. Saying that, we had a mini kitchen in our room and there...

Had a very pleasant stay in chalet neve! We stayed in rooms 4 and 6 which were on the same level as kitchen. The rooms weren't huge but for sleeping in, it was all we needed. It did sound like some of the rooms were more quirky and more challenging to get to bed though. The shower was powerful enough...

We stayed in Chalet Neve over New Years 28th Dec 14 - 4th Jan 15 and had a perfectly pleasant stay. I think the chalet staff have changed recently so the previous bad reviews on staff/catering need to be ignored. The Alpine Group we had were so adorably helpful. Food was good quality although the only feedback I would say...

“Twin rooms are on the middle floor shared with the kitchen/dining area - avoid if you want to avoid staff noise. Get the funicular train from Le Claret town to The Panoramic restaurant for lunch - this place is gorgeous and the food is amazing - book ahead to get a table. Cau du Cuchon is 5 mins from the chalet - another top restaurant to try. :)”
