Excellent chalet hotel. Just returned from a lovely week in Tignes. Weather and skiing were good which always helps. Hotel had everything you needed. Small pool and sauna and steam room just what I needed at the end of the day. Ski total staff always pleasant and helpful. Fergus soon sorted us chairs for the balcony and nothing was too...

Stayed here a few years ago with a different independent operator. The building has been much improved by the landlord; with the addition of a full height extension adding more bedrooms, a pool, steam and sauna plus a much needed upgrade to the ground floor dining room and top floor bar. Fergus has a good team both in the bar...

Stayed at this chalet end of March into April 2017, with a large group of friends.Upon arrival the Reception area inside the front door was somewhat cramped but we were all given our room keys. All adults had paid a supplement to ensure they had balconied rooms. My only complaint of the holiday was that our room (Room 9) on...

A group of 28 of us travelled to Chalet Rosset for a family and friends ski holiday (group of families with ages from 7-55). The chalet was great, although not what I was expecting upon arrival (once inside, it's more of a hotel as opposed to the typical alpine chalet). The accommodation was lovely, bathrooms modern and the beds comfortable...

Firstly, we were a party of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The Chalet is perfectly located and generously proportioned with fabulous Spa facilities and a heated Boot room. The bedrooms have nicely fitted bathrooms and a Hairdryer. The rooms were a bit ‘light’ on furniture, but a quick rummage around on the balcony turned up a couple of...

A group of us travelled with Ski Total and stayed at the Chalet Rosset in Tignes at the end of March. The food. Whilst not 'fine dining' as one of the previous reviewers was disappointed with, was of a very good standard and in plentiful supply as was the wine. I'm sure if you ate in a fine dining restaurant...

We booked this ski total chalet as part of a package. The hotel has been renovated with additional facilities and new rooms but the old rooms are tired and in need of a facelift, new carpets and furniture. The staff were welcoming and friendly although the service was unorganised and we were often kept waiting, the breakfast was disappointing unless...

Visited for a week as part of a package deal. Had stayed here before but that was pre the face lift!!! Yes there is now a spa type area with small pool and a bar. But that seems to be the extent of the facelift. The hotel was as per normal French resort hotels very average, nothing special. I have...

Overall we had a good holiday at the Chalet Rosset / Tignes and it is certainly a great area to visit. I was a little disappointed with the Chalet Hotel overall. It is certainly not 4-star and it is pretty bland overall. Everything is grey in colour and it is just lacking a little sparkle. Food was average and this...

As a Party of 40 it's difficult to expect complete satisfaction from a hotel but Fergus and his team did their utmost to deliver. The accommodation was comfortable modern and clean. The food was great although limited vegetarian options what was offered was of a high standard. The spa is a nice addition and just what he Dr ordered after...

Chalethotel Rosset, is a traditionally built property, built for Ski Olympic over 15 years ago. It is located in Tignes Le Lac, a few steps from the piste, shops and bars. A bus stop is nearby to access the other Tignes villages via the free local bus service. It has become a favourite amongst our guests with a unique atmosphere accented by the fantastic top floor lounge overlooking the frozen lake and with stunning views of the Grande Motte glacier.French windows lead from the lounge onto a large balcony where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed. On the ground floor is the dining room which has been extended onto the sunny terrace to make a very comfortable place to enjoy afternoon tea.
