We loved this hotel and very sad we only had 1 night. Very friendly helpful staff, speak English. Bar service, pool, outdoor area wonderful for relaxing. No fridge in room. Great breakfast although we weren't keen on the dinner for €20 per person of cold cuts, cheese fondue, lettuce. Fruit supplied was delicious, wine was included in the dinner price. Highly recommend this hotel and would go back as bed was huge and comfortable, room was spacious with great views.

Really good value if you speak French and are happy to join in activities. This is like a top-quality youth hostel or holiday camp rather than a hotel, but has great facilities - kids clubs day and evening from age 3, evening activities for all, very good quality food (although not really set up for me as a vegetarian - like most of France!). I was on a short ski break with a friend - 3 nights, driving a hire car from Geneva, it is a quick and easy drive, about 1 hour, and I would got there again.
Our room was simple but clean and big, with a twin/double, leading to a small clean bathroom and smaller bedroom with bunkbeds, would have been great for a family of 4. Beds are made on arrival but not during the week, no toiletries or frills!
There is a bar, an open air swimming pool in summer, a tennis court, children's play area, TV room, show room/theatre room, laundry, kitchen, library/lounge, and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
The ski area is great - le Grand Massif, links Flaine, Les Carroz, Sixt, Morillon, late season snow was perfect, better in the mornings, and couldn't ski back to Samoens, but cabins are fast and modern. The ski hire shop gave a discount to guests staying at Le Berouze too, which is a bonus.
I would definitely go there again.

We came on vacation from August 19 to 26. We come from La Rochelle and when it comes to a change of scenery, we were delighted.
We have adored. The team is just great, always there for us, helpful and smiling and are always there to give us the best advice.
My daughters loved the Teen Club. Lots of activities on offer. When it comes to adult activities...there really is something for everyone. All the guides we had to deal with...just TOP!! Magnificent hikes!!! We weren't able to try all the sports activities, but we will definitely come back!!! A very good address to remember.
Thank you for giving all four of us such a wonderful vacation.
I highly recommend !!!

Positive: location very good, catering very good, entertainment at the top with Greg he is great, premium room nothing to complain about comfortable quiet
Negative: breakfast too long, groups block the queue with their thermos and fill coffee and 💧, you have to put a coffee machine in their room and the most negative point ski slope too far from the village

The establishment is well located, close to the city center. We occupied a Premium room in a new building. The bedding is not great. It's very clean and functional. There is an indoor swimming pool. The steps are too high. The staff really listens. Lots of professionalism. I can quote from memory Gaëtan, Stanislas, Chloé and the others..... the pastry chef Mickaël I believe makes remarkable pastries. Congratulations to all. The small downside would be that we don't see the director. But his team, each in his role, is perfect.

4th stay in this establishment that we love! We enjoyed finding the warm, family atmosphere of the entire team of Benoit the director. The premium rooms are very pleasant, the food is even better than before (with homemade desserts made by the pastry chef) the teen club is excellent, the hikes are offered for all types of hikers Thanks to all the guides: Nicolas, Nicolas ( 2), Valentin, Mireille, Davy, Pauline
Thanks to Greg for his caring and dynamic entertainment, to Chloé, Emmanuelle and Julien for their patience and professionalism… thank you to the entire kitchen, service and cleaning team (kisses to Véro) well done to Benoit for his kindness towards customers and his staff
The barbecue facing Mont Blanc, the two-day hike for teenagers, the dancing evenings are wonderful memories!
See you next year (I hope) and have a good end of the summer season to all

First experience with Cap France and certainly not the last! My daughters (teens and pre-teens) and I had an excellent stay, did varied and very well organized activities, ate very well, slept very well. All this in an enchanting setting. The staff is very professional. I am very satisfied with the quality/price ratio.
