Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Also known as Eden Cassis, this was a great relaxation for us. Away from the hubbub of the wonderful town but only a few minutes walk, the apartment was well equipped and only steps out to the beautiful pool area. So lucky to have found this and the lovely people. Book direct to get free car parking.

Sabrina and Frank are such friendly and welcoming hosts, nothing was too much for them. The room and breakfasts were excellent and the hotel is in a great location near the quayside. They even drove us to the station on our last day instead of a taxi. Top marks!

We very much enjoyed our stay of 3 nights in this charming, well-run small hotel. The staff were most welcoming and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Our room - Inaya on the website - was rather small but had a large terrace with loungers, chairs and a table. The pool area is superb - good size pool, lots of choice of sun loungers and also shaded places for couples. (We didn’t think the website pictures did the pool justice, actually.) The pool was never crowded during our stay. It’s a short walk downhill to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel and parking area has good security. We would stay again. Many thanks.

Wi-fi problems caused the to move to another room which had too few drawers ( 2 snall ones. a uselss couch took u room. Sabrina, the onwers, was defensive and complained to us about how hard it was to run a hotel. She and her husband know nothing about the hospitality business. We were unhappy. Shower broke. Would never return.

5 of us (3 children) stayed in apartment Jade for a week. Worked really well having a kitchen for self-catered breakfast and occasional lunch of fresh produce from the twice weekly market. Great to have a really private terrace at the front (private as sunk a little and shielded by the wall/fence from the swimming pool) which always has shade under the enormous umbrella. The bed was ok but you’ll almost certainly feel like you’re about to roll downhill to meet your partner - a great thing for lovebirds; not so much for others. The pull our bed on the living room was fine for two of the children (14/13) and the extra bed was absolutely fine for the 10 year old. The bathroom was great with a large shower, although anything over about half on turned the floor into a soggy affair. Wifi in the apartment was ok but pretty slow and the wifi at the pool didn’t connect for me most of the time. Neither was too much of an issue since we were here to relax, swim, read and have family time without constant devices. The swimming pool and loungers were great - only thing they could do to improve would be to have some umbrellas for shade around the pool - there were none. Oh - and the fake grass around the pool, which looks great (don’t be put off by that) gets up to a sole melting temperature by mid afternoon. Wear flip flops or prepare to generate steam as you put your feet in the pool. The place was very comfortable overall. But the best thing was its proximity to the port and beach....less than a 5 minute walk. Definitely recommend this place. The kids loved the pool and the easy walk to all that’s happening around.

The hotel excudes French hospitality and charm. Our French was limited as was the staff but that was overcome by the helpfulness and attention we were given. The 3 bdrm apartment was the ideal space for us. Every morning, we had fresh croissants. An expanded breakfast is available. There is so much to experience in Cassi that we had to make time to enjoy the amenities at the hotel. It is somewhat secluded yet extremely convenient to the waterfront and shopping. If you are staying in Cassis, you won't be disappointed in the hotel.

There were enough issues with the stay that I could not give this property a good review no matter what else happened (parking, gate malfunctions, more). However, we had some issues that also make me wonder about the security of items in the rooms. The bottom line is that it is not worth it to stay here. If you are looking for a smooth, no hassle, no worry property, I suggest going elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in a good location 5 minutes walk from the port. Exceptionally friendly owners. Every time we're in Cassis we stay here, and the standard keeps improving. They now have a swimming pool and some rooms have a pleasant terrace.
