If all you want is a good nights sleep in a clean and sociable hotel, then this is a good place for you. Rooms are small but clean and airy and perfectly good at the price. Breakfast is good, there are no limits on how much you can eat and quality is good. Highly recommended for a night or two,...

We didn't even stay here in the end. We booked online with a "special" price of €70. We turned up to be told incredibly rudely by the middle aged man on reception that "your card no good" and that he rang the boyfriend 3 times and left messages (he doesn't have voicemail) and there was no room for us. I...

Only stayed one night. Room basic but comfortable enough. restaurant next door was pretty good and real value for money, view out to sea so you can watch the ships come and go. Breakfast buffet was just about ok. Parking is good and it's only 10 minutes to the tunnel. The room I got for one had 4 beds , I...

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel so knew what to expect. I booked on line a double room with a sea view. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs, as was the en-suite bathroom (with shower). The staff were welcoming and friendly and understood my efforts to communicate in French perfectly. The restaurant...

I had a nice spacious room on the ground floor with a large bathroom ( suspect it was a disabled room) clean and tidy, comfotable bed with UKTV available. Unusually for french hotels it had a kettle and coffee, although I don't drink coffee. Only slight problem only 1 powere socket for TV, Kettle or phone charger/whu. Although breakfast is...

Small room not particularly comfortable and they charge for everything down to the last centime. Breakfast not much of a variety and all cold food. Resturant over priced for evening meal, also the wine ordinary expensive too.

I've just returned from a short stay at the Hotel de la plague & honestly found it just great. Not 5 star for sure, but it doesn't pretend to be! The rooms are clean & spacious, the staff friendly & helpful. The restaurant is above expectations & I recommend it. As for position, it's well placed across the road from...

Had a one night stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed, easy to park, nice breakfast. Didn't really stay long enough to say if there was much in the area. Its right on the beach though, so probably nice in summer. This was an overnight winter stay...

After checking tripadvisor we decided to stay here overnight before starting the journey to Begerac. Warm welcome, very quick check in, room was as expected - UK Traveloge standard. As we arrived late and weather was not good, decided to have dinner in the hotel. Seafood was fresh and tasty washed down with local beer. Staff and service were friendly...
