If you read the other reviews on TA, you already know that this hotel and the other properties in Mt Saint Michael that belong to the same person and they are filthy dumps that are advertised as high-end properties at this place in Brittany. I have no words no describe this hotel and the rooms that were given to us....

Very expensive for what they offer, the rooms are very dated and not well maintained, reception staff is not very helpful, they offered parking lot included and at the end we had to pay for it. In summary it does not deserve the stars that it supposedly has.

First there was no parking instructions with the confirmation. You have to find Parking Lot 3 on the mainland which is where those who are staying on the island need to park. A code is required to open the gate - I had to make an international mobile call to the front desk for it. We made it up the...

The check-in is down the street - BEFORE the hotel (so miss that detail and you'll be walking back) ... when we DID check-in and go to the ACTUAL hotel, there was NO ONE there and no way to get in! YIKES .... several of us were stranded so BACK down the street to check-in desk (at a more expensive...

The hotel is very conveniently located on the island but beyond that there is very little positive to say about it. The staff was very unhelpful with the check-in process which required going to another hotel. There were smelly piles of garbage outside with rats running around. Finally the shower holder was broken making showering very difficult

Our experience was disappointing from the start. When we arrived at Mouton Blanc there was a sign telling us to backtrack to a different hotel for check-in. At the other hotel we had a fast and friendly experience, but they told us that, due to renovations, we would be staying in the Annex. It was about a 5-7 minute walk,...

excellent location. very good heating which was indispensable at the beginning of january 2017. rooms are clean, but the comfort is quite moderate. no need to take a prepaid breakfast (the quality is not interesting while the price is high), it would be much better to walk along the grande rue in the morning and to chose a breakfast you...

Very disgusting experience. You get to the Hotel and they send you to another place to check-in. From there they send you to an "anex" building (with no reception and no one to give any kind of information) not too far away but you have to carry your luggage among that crowd and going up many steps. At check-in they...

In all honesty, do not spend the night in Mont St. Michel. There is no reason to. All of the hotels are run by the same company. I know this, because when we arrived, all of the hotel front desks were closed with notes on the door to check in at one hotel up the street. We had to leave...

Location: Fantastic, you are in the Mont St Michel commune and you can fully appreciate the surroundings at night and take strolls through the quiet streets while most of the tourists are away. It is a magical experience from this perspective... but... Room: Very basic and for a hotel which costs £150 a night or more I expected a lot...
