Check-in was fast enough, but our room (308) was tiny; there is no proper place to put your clothes, no comfy chair, no coffee or tea making facilities, no fridge. TV with lots of French channels plus BBC1. Bath with shower over, nice-looking hair dryer and very thin towels. We did not have overpriced breakfast as there is à nice...

We stayed at the hotel on 29 th August 2014 at the hotel. As per hotel CCTV footage an in house guest entered our room 520 and stole all our luggage. Police complaint was written and hotel promised to reclaim the lost stuff through insurance. Now it does not even acknowledge e mail despite Police Complaint . We want our...

We opted to stay here as it was much less expensive than staying in central Lille. As Ibis hotels go this one is old, a bit grotty and desperately in need of refurbishment. The foyer and restaurant didn't strike me as the cleanest and there was a bit of a lingering smell. My room was clean and basic as you...

A larger than average room compared to other Ibis's we have stayed in. The room was very clean, bright, modern and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Secure parking. Free Wifi. A nice buffet continental breakfast. A pleasant bar area but with limited choice of beers. In a very un inspiring part of the town, but close to what looked like a...

Nice hotel, great location near the town centre and shops, 150 meters from the tram and also the metro to Lille. Rooms are usual tiny Ibis rooms but perfectly functional and they have changed the beds to something very comfortable (Ibis use to have beds that were like being on the floor). Nice flat-screen TV includes English language channels. Bathroom...

This hotel is well situated in the city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Good for business travel or leisure travel if you need to stay in Roubaix. Within walking distance of a good variety of shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel and restaurant, a small room that was basic and clean, with a shower. Secure garaging, 5 euros for 24 hours. A small Macrthur Glenn shopping mall is in walking distance and there are other shops nearby.

A nice little hotel which we found very easily - and very convenient for the Roubaix velodrome. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and were pleased to help in any way possible. Car parking - while not directly attached to the hotel was very convenient and secure. Food was good - tho one or two items weren't available on...
