The Primrose Hotel used as starting point for our cycling trips in the third week of Sept 2020. It is really a perfect place to start. Nice and clean rooms, good matrasses, warm and adjustable temperatures for shower and clean towels. Breakfast and diner were excellent. Every evening an other dish with either, meat, fish or vegetarian. The bike where stored in a locked basement, the bikes good be cleaned with a hose and the clothes could be washed in a separate washing room. Parking lots enough. The owner and his staff are very friendly and cooperative in finding solutions and answers for all your questions.

We had a wonderfull stay at the hotel and the staff is just great. The room and bathroom are fine and clean Breakfast was oke and there is a safe place to store your bike. Even a place to wash your clothes is present. Finally Philippe is a true cycling ambassador. No question was too much for him. When your cycling the the Pyrenees, I highly reccommend this place.

6 of us stayed 4 nights, in two rooms here at the Primerose to explore the local Col's by bicycle. The Hotel & staff did not disappoint. It more than exceeded our expectations. Both the hotel and staff are so cycling friendly it was sad to have to leave to travel home. The food was very nice & varied. If you're on the 'Cyclist' package, like us then the extra meal of pasta is a must. Our experience here 'TICKED' all the boxes and we can not wait to return.

Cannot say enough good things about this small hotel. The hotel is spotless with obvious pride of ownership. Philippe is multilingual and super accommodating. It appeared that about half the guests were cyclists. Room was clean, with air conditioning and free WiFi. Free parking. The town is charming. We had dinner at the hotel- it is a set menu for each evening so only eat there if you want what is offered- we did and it was excellently prepared.

Spent three nights at the Au Primerose hotel to go cycling in the Pyrenees. We rented two rooms for the for the four of us and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is utterly spotless--I mean super clean. It's really well designed for cyclists with a perfect location near half a dozen famous climbs, and a highly secure vault-like basement to store your bikes in. The owner proprietor, Philippe, is an exceptionally friendly and skilled host. The service is like that of a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed two meals at the the hotel restaurant while the other meals Philippe made recommendations for us or called and made the reservation on our behalf. Highly recommend staying here for a cycling holiday. I will definitely be back.
