An excellent budget hotel in the heart of the gorges du Tarn. The service was friendly and attentive. Breakfast on the terrace was great value and generous. The owners were more than happy to help us plan the next stage of our journey. We would certainly return.

Our family loved the hotel, the owners and the location. It was clean, quiet, newly renovated and our best experience at a hotel in France with exceptional service. Our room with a small equipped kitchenette, had all we needed: good beds, clean updated space, optional breakfast, reasonable prices and many things to do in the area. Surpassed our expectations in...

When we knew, a few days in advance, that we wanted to stay over in Ste. Enimie, we contacted H. Burlatis by email. The response was very quick; we had the last available room for two nights. I appreciated the degree of trust extended by Mathilde: she did not ask for a credit card to hold the room for the...

Great budget hotel in a charming village on the Tarne river. The hotel was newly refurbished about 2 years ago. Great decor, clean, comfortable. The top floor rooms have a great view. Price + comfort + clean. A good stop over.

Mathilde and William are incredible hosts -- the hotel is charming, welcoming, and simply perfect. Nothing fancy, just a place that you feel perfectly at home - including terrific wine on the terrace, and lovely breakfasts. We will be coming back for sure.

Have arrived here after our walking tour and have been welcomed so warmly. This beautiful small, friendly, clean hotel is run by the most amazingly, helpful, friendly people. We could not want for anymore. They have delivered way more than expected with warm, helpful smiles. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning which is very much appreciated along with the...

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 8 May whilst travelling between St Remy and the Sarlat, and really wish we had stayed for 2 nights as Sainte-Enimie is a charming village to visit. Hotel Burlatis was very good value and the hosts (Mathilde and William) were perfect. The room we had was clean, well decorated and the...

William and Mathilde are super hosts. We arrived on our motorbike quite late and were greeted by William who helped us with our panniers. The free parking for the bike in the garage was perfect. The room was clean and a good size. We had a great night sleep and the room overlooked the hills. The terrace is a great...

Our 5 night stay was extremely comfortable in our well appointed room with an excellent en suite. Our hosts were charming, extremely generous and very helpful. There was ample storage for our canoes in the basement garage. The little terrace at the front of the hotel was the best place to enjoy a beer during the evening. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Burlatis. The young wife speaks English, suggested a few walks for us in the afternoon. Then we sat at the bar for a glass of wine. They specialize in good local wines & those from the Rhone valley. At check out they didn't charge us for the extra glasses of wine we drank...
