Tucked away in a quiet location we found it to be warm and welcoming. The room was very spacious and well appointed and the very large bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant food was superb quality and good value. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is not in town, and I am not sure I could have found it without the GPS. There is nothing within walking distance so you must drive to town or eat in the hotel restaurant which is vary good. The hotel is in a 17th century farm house in this grape growing area. I thought the room was...

We normally come to this area in July every year and have enjoyed this hotel up to now... but we were disappointed by the service this year... the rooms are the same, very nice, but we did not seemed to be so welcome... very sad... we will think of changing hotels for this coming year !!!

Bonjour, Really sorry to read your comment. I cannot recall events from July without your name, and my memory is not that good. What can I say, I am sorry that we were not up to your expectations. We wish you all the best for 2017, at the Auberge or not. Best regards, Magalie

I booked the restaurant for my wife's birthday It was amazing, the venue, the staff and the view, on top of which the food was superb. They even remembered that it was a birthday treat and the dessert came out with a candle. The whole ambience was superlative.

After a long cycle across the Pyrenees we had booked two nights at Auberge du Roua as a treat for recuperation. The cycle to the hotel hugged the main road, and we were a little nervous that we'd not picked a particularly attractive place to stay. However, once we'd arrived into the hotel grounds, the noise of the highway gave...

Stunning setting with Pyrenees in the background set beside a swimming pool. Food here is the best in the area. L'escargot followed by lamb were superb. We also took my 13 year old son who loved it. This is a must see, my try restaurant for any foodie.

We spent 5 days with 6 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are very spacious, with 2 twin beds connecting. We had connecting rooms which is very nice for a family. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was working great and was quiet. The breakfast was out of this world! With a choice of juices, croissants, bread, jams. Everything was...

We stayed here for 4 nights, 2 weeks ago, and we loved it. While Argeles is a busy little town, this place is a complete heaven! The hotel is an old farm, and has been renovated for the past 50+ years. The architecture is very traditional, and the charm is undeniable. Low vaulted ceilings and exposed rock walls are a...

We chose this quaint hotel as a place to unwind before meeting family in Spain. It is in a beautiful setting although the surrounding roads are more like a roller coaster! The room was lovely and the views amazing. The air conditioning was not really adequate but that was a minor gripe. The restaurant served fantastic food but is expensive,...

We have just spent 5 nights here while on our travels in France. It was our relaxation stop before heading to Clermont-ferrand for a wedding. We drove here from the UK.
