Part 1 of our trip to France for the Euros. Having stayed in these basic 1 star hotels in 2015 i knew what to expect. They are basic with double bed and overhead bunk bed. Suited 3 lads heading for a match. Not much close by in way of pubs and food outlets but the metro is close by to...

I would only recommend to stay here if going to a match at the nearby stadium. The room was filthy and the bedcovers smelled of cigarettes. Communal bathrooms were vile and lighting would not work when door was closed. Tip: pay more for an Ibis which is next door

If you're looking for "cheap" overnight accommodation near the Stade de France and are not bothered about walking down down the corridor to the showers etc then this is for you. Ok, the rooms are small as in a Formula1 hotels but the bed was fine the sheets were clean, maybe the walls needed redecorating but so what! We needed...

Book in to the hotel on the 31st January for 3 nights. A friend and I were over from England to watch the rugby. Conveniently located near the Stade de France and the train station. The room was ok, bed were a little uncomfortable, but we weren't expecting the Ritz! The wifi in the hotel was excellent! 24 hours of...

When travelling to Spain with our trailer tent from The Netherlands we normally book an F1 hotel to break the journey. We know the formula and accept the shared facilities. After all we are camping so this should not be a problem. On our way back this year we decided to stop off North of Paris and picked a hotel...

"You do realise that the hotel rooms do not have an ensuite toilet and shower?" was the rather strange first response I got from the receptionist when I said that I had a reservation for the night. Looking up from her mobile phone (reluctantly), she then made the point again - "you have to walk down a corridor to access...

The hotel is located in St. Denis, a very nice neighborhood where you can find a lot of cafes, restaurants, grocery store, and etc. Pretty much a safe, quiet town. Everything is in walking distance. My friends and I arrived at midnight so, we can't really see the exact look of the hotel. All that I could remember was all...

Rooms have got a sink, bed, tv and hand towels. Its a neat and clean place to stay. There is no private bathroom or toilet attached. But there are sufficient no. of shared bathrooms on each floor. About a 5 minute walk from metro. Hotel is meant only for taking rest. there is nothing special about it. If you are looking...
