Travelling back through Britanny on my way to Roscoff, I tried to book a hotel in Baden but it was unable to accommodate me and recommended that I try this place instead; and they had a room and also a restaurant. So when I arrived in the place I had no real idea what to expect. The frontal appearance is... More

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in both France and the UK. It is equal to the Parador in Santiago de Compostela. It is also on the pilgrim route leading to that City. I booked mainly for the restaurant, which is excellent, but the rooms and service are first class.

We stayed for one night in this charming small family run hotel in a lovely little village with an impressive basilica built after a local peasant saw visions of Saint Anne. There is also a very impressive and touching memorial to the more than quarter of a million men from Brittany killed in the First World War. There is a... More

I actually booked this hotel by mistake. I was looking for a Hotel in Vannes because my first choice in Vannes was full on the night I needed. You will see it's on "Route de Vannes", hence my confusion. It's actually quite close though so no big deal. It's in a lovely little village, very quiet and situated near to... More

Having stayed here for one night last year on our way home from Brittany, we selected this hotel for 3 nights this year to allow time to discover the Morbihan region. The rooms are excellent value and the food is of the highest order. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

This delightful small hotel with it's comfortable and spacious rooms, good location and the most wonderful food you have ever tasted, is a secret that must be kept. It is family run, with the owners doing all the cooking and front of house duties in the most discrete and charming way. We very rarely return to places, but we have... More

It is not so often to find clean, nice, silent. roomy but affordable hotel in France. The tenants are kind and fully committed to make you feel like home. Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant while the reputation and quality are excellent. Next time I will surely reserve a dinner. better than any corporate hotel.

Discovered this gem on 2oth June 2015 when looking for a stopover within reach of Roscoff ferry. Had booked a double en-suite - it was more like a suite, with small sitting room, large shower room, separate lavatory and huge double bedroom including a fridge. All well maintained. The communal areas were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is classed... More

We only stayed one night but were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. Excellent value, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Great shower with a shelf for soap and shampoo.... what is it with French country hotel showers with no soap dishes!!! The hotel did advise when we booked that the restaurant was... More

Normally Logis de France are good middle of the road hotels with good food. This hotel was exceptional. We stayed for one night in a large beautifully appointed room on the ground floor with French doors leading out to a terrace overlooking the garden. The restaurant is of gourmet quality with delicious food. Not cheap but well worth the money.... More
