Basing our stay at this lovely B&B is the best way to see and experience the entire region. Our hosts, Wendy and David, were extremely helpful with us get the most out of the area. They helped us with reservations and also gave us some tips and suggestions. David's maps of the area helped us, too. The room was delightful...

This is a great place to stay in Sarlat. Very close to the old city. Even better is the setting; a lovely house and garden, just 4 rooms, so nice to share with a small number of people. Even even better is the hospitality provided by Wendy and David, who go out of their way to help, provide recommendations, or...

We recently stayed in Le Jardin during the first week of April. Wendy and David, our hosts, made us feel at home within the first hour with a lovely glass of wine and a get acquainted chat. Breakfasts were tasty and filling. Wendy and David would inquire as to our plans for the day and would make suggestions as to...

My husband and I spent five nights at Le Jardin Sarlat in April. Our host David and hostess Wendy went out of their way to make us feel welcomed! The patio was our gathering place after sightseeing where we visited with other guests and David and Wendy. Our bedroom was comfortable and clean. Beautiful furnishings also. So much more like...

We are pulled again by the magnetic attraction of this wonderful place to stay. We're regulars most years as there's so much to see and do in the area. Le Jardin is so convenient as it's a short stroll to the medieval centre of Sarlat and also central to all that's best of the Dordogne. David and Wendy as ever...

David & Wendy's hospitality cannot be beaten, love our welcome drink on the front porch, our lovely room with garden view, and delicious...

We (four adults) stayed at Le Jardin the first week of October, 2016. This was our first time in the Dordogne, and Le Jardin in Sarlat proved to be the perfect, relaxing base from which to explore. Wendy and David are wonderful hosts, and when it came time to leave after a week, it felt like we were leaving family....

For our three weeks in France I had only booked 3 days in Paris and one week in an apartment in Provence, so had 10 days left to figure out. Since it was October I thought we would just kind of "wing it" the rest of the time. I found Le Jardin Sarlat on the Internet just a couple days...

We have recently spent two nights in this delightful b&b, while enjoying a visit to Sarlat with friends. Very welcoming, very quiet, yet very close to the middle of the ancient town. We have no hesitation in recommending this establishment!

We just spent 4 days in this lovely B&B. This 200+ yr old home is located 3-4 blocks from the downtown area of Sarlat, yet is quiet and peaceful because of its garden like setting. The room was well decorated and appointed with everything you could need. The owners, Wendy and David are English which was an enormous help since...
