The accommodation was excellent and the hosts were awesome. Arrived mid afternoon and all I wanted was to sit relax and have a cuppa tea. After retrieving my luggage from my car Pauline greeted me with a pot of tea!! Great customer service and I will definitely return. Nice, quiet and peaceful.

This is our return visit to Greenacre B&B, and we take credit to be the clients that introduced Tripadvisor to Greenacre B&B back in 2010 and give the first Excellent review. An easy 25 minute train ride from Victoria Station in London brings you to Swanley, then a 5 minute walk brings you to a property that is clean, quiet... More

Immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable, private and also convenient - particularly, given our need for an early start on Lost Lanes' Valley of Vision bike ride in the Darent Valley. A good breakfast served in the privacy of the separate b&b annex set us up for the day.

You couldn't want for more from this accommodation. We travelled as a couple but it can accommodate four people. Breakfast is served in your conservatory which leads on to a nice patio area. I notice on TripAdvisor one patron only marked it as very good, and not excellent. What were they thinking of?

My original plan was to stay at well known hotel chain - I'm so glad I didn't! Pauline and Antonio are impeccable hosts, that make their guests feel welcome the minute they arrive. First impressions are everything and, the standard of accommodation is superb as is the very tasty and freshly prepared breakfast. I'm so impressed I'm booking it again... More

I needed to stay close to the Dartford crossing for 1 night on business. I think I was very fortunate to find Greenacre B&B. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. This would be a perfect venue for a family visiting London, the two rooms are adjacent and the transport links to London from Swanley are... More

Had a fantastic stay! The place was immaculate, the bed was comfy and large enough (I am 6 foot 5) and even had Sky TV! Pauline was an extremely good host, and the breakfast was delicious!! I would recommend to anyone.
