This resort location was spot on for what we had planned during our time in Bali. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness. I'm on vacation with my family. The good thing about this hotel is its price location on the coast and the main pool is ideal for children as it is not too deep. But the leaked roofs in almost every building can even be seen clearly by people passing by on the beach. The pool is wide but the water is rough, suitable for children but the wooden deck around the pool is already fragile. Many nails that stand out make it very dangerous, the door handle is rusty, the cord is dirty, the room I occupied doesn't have a remote and bath mat so I have to ask for it. The price of food and drinks was too high for a 4-star hotel, the whole staff was very friendly including the engineering and housekeeping team I met in the hotel corridor, but the staff of the cashier was very unfriendly, he cried something and didn't see my eyes at all during the transaction. This resort should be a very nice hotel and suitable for families because it is close to the beach, large pools and a lot of spacious courtyards originally cared for.

The service is incredibly poor, I would not suggest staying here. The worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had.
We booked a couple massage 2 weeks out from our stay and it was confirmed. The morning of, the hotel cancelled it because they had a “last minute group booking”. We explained we had already booked, and this was the only time that suited. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, they tried again to shuffle us straight off for the massage before we even got the key card. Finally when we went for our agreed time, they pushed us back a half hour after we had already been waiting 15minutes. The massage itself was nice, except the masseurs were on their phones throughout. There was also an issue with payment where the eftpos didn’t work, and they wanted us to go get cash out to pay. They agreed we can pay in the morning, 5 minutes later front desk called to ask us to bank transfer, even though we were told we can’t add it to the room as they are separate services.
The restaurant- they had hardly any of the stock of drinks on their menu and pushed their local spirit. Food- I ordered the plant based meatballs and spaghetti, and they gave me meat which I only realised AFTER I had eaten one. They promptly took it away and replaced it with my correct meal, and said they would give us complimentary drinks to apologise. When we got the bill, we had to pay for the whole thing.
The facilities- the decking around the garden pool is in major need of replacing, nails sticking up and timber not attached, it’s a big safety hazard. The fridge in our room did not keep anything cold We thought we had booked a nice resort for our last night in Bali, but was very disappointed

The room is comfortable and well decorated (LED ambient lights around the bed for example). Modern style and good state of cleanliness. Large swimming pool, shallow, aerated restaurant by the raging ocean (impossible to swim there because of the high waves 🌊 and currents of this coast of Bali). Some suspicious smells when you go to the restaurant (decomposition? Lagoon? Pension garden poorly maintained?).
What displeased me were the exorbitant rates of consumption (apéritif, wine...). The map discouraged everyone: 50/60/70 € for a modest bottle of wine. Champagne at over 100€!. It's like Europe! Proper meals. Pleasant staff overall.

The resort is good with rooms of a high standard, food is good, staff are lovely and service is usually good (staffing levels in restaurant may be an issue during busy periods).
The ocean view room had great views, but there are stray dogs on the beach and if they choose to bark or howl at night, it may interfere with your sleep, but this only happened on my last night.
One of the best things about the hotel is the location - you are nowhere near the drunken nonsense of Kuta etc. The property is a bit isolated, however, as there is nothing else but the beach (too dangerous to swim at) and you are surrounded by rice fields. The nearest centre is Klungkung and that would be at least a ninety-minute walk. On the upside, you can get a car with driver and go wherever you want for the sum of $70AUD for ten hours...bargain!

The hotel has good view, good garden. The location in front of beach, food taste is standard, cracker in the breakfast was not fresh, not crunchy, have informed the staff, she says because few times guest let it open the cover, many flies on the salad.
