We stayed at the Aleenta in November 2023 in a beach front pool villa. Our experience was ok. The staff are lovely and deserve all the accolades. I hesitate to criticize the property because, for the price (especially for a beach front villa with private pool), it's lovely. But I can't agree with the five star allocation, and I've admittedly stayed at nicer Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties. Ultimately, small details would make the difference between being nice and being stellar. Having to pay for mosquito spray is bit ridiculous - most nicer properties offer it for free. Rooms felt a little tired - like their prime was 5-10 years ago. Extremely comfortable beds and great linens, but the bathroom had some peeling paint and water stains on the counter, and the pool deck had a few raised boards. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast was a disappointment and left a lot to be desired - an omelette was cold, pancakes like rubber. Lunch and dinner were significant improvements, especially when sticking to Thai cuisine (but I also don't know who is ordering penne pasta when in Thailand - what a waste!). The beach is solid - the water is not the clearest compared to other parts of Thailand (or even Phuket), but wide, long, sandy shores and barely anyone else in sight make it special, and sunsets are stunning. 13 years after our first visit we returned to Aleenta Phuket this year both in January and October. The hotel was fantastic, the staff nothing more than outstanding friendly, the quality of rooms, food, massage and general service outstanding. We would love to come back anytime! And the beach is one of the best in Thailand for us!

What a beautiful resort! So quiet and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket’s busier areas. We arrived yesterday to a lovely welcome from the very smiley and happy Manager, Noo. He was hospitable, welcoming and eager to show us around the resort and explained how everything works, including how to access all our needs via their fabulous app! Lunch room service has been fabulous, served to our villa in record time and all delicious! Breakfast excellent, eggs poached perfectly! Bacon not too overcooked like a lot of places do here. Great coffee served and they also had my special plant based milks available. Dinner last night at The Edge restaurant was a delightful experience right on the beach with the sound of the ocean and lovely mood music playing. The Pad Thai and Pineapple Rice was very authentic and cooked to our milder spice tastes. Looking forward to dinner tonight again! The staff have all been attentive and friendly, happy to do anything for you and with a smile. Our room clean service was excellent, attention to detail fabulous, everything replaced with fresh clean linens & towels. The beautifully appointed Villa with our own warm and inviting pool is wonderful, very secluded and private. Beautifully comfortable bedding, pillows like clouds, soft linens, and a gorgeous comfy robe and PJ’s supplied. Heaven!! All in all exactly what we needed to end our lovely break in Thailand! We had an absolutely wonderful time as a family of four during our stay at Aleenta Phuket's newly renovated 2 Bedroom Ocean View Residence. The spacious yet cozy design was perfect for us, and waking up to the breathtaking ocean views was a daily delight. The staff's exceptional hospitality made us feel truly cared for, addressing our every need and making our kids feel welcome with fun activities at the kids club. Our family of three enjoyed an incredible 3-night stay at Aleenta Phuket's Grand Deluxe Pool Villa. The newly renovated villa perfectly combined modern luxury with Thai charm, and the private pool was an absolute highlight, complemented by a unique reflexology foot path. We have stayed at Aleenta Phuket in July. This time we have opted to stay in one of their newly renovated Grand Deluxe Pool Villas and had a fantastic stay. The room offers true privacy and a big pool. Breakfast spread was great and service throughout our stay excellent. We love Aleenta especially for the great beach, nice kids area and their spa offerings. Cant wait to return to this oasis of relaxation. Thanks to all the staff for make us feel at home

This was the highlight of our visit to Phuket. We stayed in a 4 bed beachfront villa which was so wonderful. Aleenta is located in a beautiful area away from the Phuket noice, this makes it the perfect place to unwind and relax. I picked a villa upfront and the team during the check in process made sure it was assigned to me. The check in process was smooth. Now comes the Villa which was really beautifully set. The whole setting is amazing from how clean/organized to attaining to the smallest details. There were two wonderful suites facing the pool and beach which is to die for. One point to mention, the beach was not swimmable with rough waves maybe because of the season yet the sound of waves was magical. The breakfast food quality and service was remarkable and spotless. The restaurant team was so kind and very helpful especially when you have a family to attend to. Check out was very smooth and the team made sure we really leave with smile on our face and offered us a free return airport as a token of appreciation. Excellent resort with amazing food, facilities and staff. Thai massage with Oil is a must she is fabulous. Ashi provided great yoga classes and also helpful advice with techniques. Receptionist staff Pim, Cher em and Ning were very professional and totally proactive and friendly during our stay. Toom provided a great private tour service with Aleenta and our wonderful restaurant staff New (aka Beach Boy), Pai, Noom, Best, Sara, Mam and Kung all very beautiful and friendly. Thank you to Noo Operations Manager you have a wonderful team and they all made our stay a fabulous one!
