My brother and I visited here overnight on a walking trip on the downs. We arrived later than expected and hadn't considered the lack of dining options in Graffham. Even though this wasn't a service available, the owners very kindly prepared a delicious meal of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs for us at the last minute. Beer was good and...

We were walking the South Downs way, and camping nearby, in mid-August this year. We dropped in for an evening meal and really enjoyed ourselves. The meal - fish and chips - was excellent. Great selection of wines, with some good advice from our host. Lovely chat, very welcoming and all-round excellent experience. We loved Graffham, the walk, and the...

Great food. Very nice Landlord. Very good Italian cook. Both of who were more than happy to talk to me about their food and beer/wine and certainly knew what they were talking about. The garden was also very pleasant and secluded.

We were staying at a nearby campsite and wanted somewhere for a light lunch the day we arrived. We were so impressed we booked a table for dinner the next night. Lovely food and wonderful friendly service. The host and his family were absolutely charming and we were made to feel as if we had been going there for years.

We stayed overnight whilst walking the South Downs Way. Room was clean and comfortable with great amenities, plenty supplies of tea/coffee/biscuits and a bottle of water. Dog friendly and we were allowed to have the dog in the bar while we ate. It was fish and chip night which were delicious. We could have had something from the menu if...

We recently visited The Foresters Arms during a weekend of camping in Graffham. The first night, in a group of friends (aged 24-26), we visited for dinner and were going to be arriving late and telephoned the manager who kindly agreed to hold a table for us and keep the kitchen open for when we arrived (shortly after food service...
