    This is very good hotel, on good location. All beaches in Viareggio, close to the hotel, are private but staff in the hotel will give you pass-card for beach Narcisa. This beach is located close to the hotel, across the street. With that pass card...More

    TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

    First the good...the location is great! Now the horrible! There are two sections to the hotel- we were in the back portion without the ocean view. We did not know this as the pictures did not portray an additional area when we booked online 6...More

    small but okay

    small but clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast typical italian style not the best choice but offered eggs (cold), salami, prosciutto and a few other things! No Wifi in room, only in the public area
