We stayed at the hotel for a week and it was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a generous breakfast buffet and superb location. We had a room with a door to a neighboring room, which is a slight inconvenience due to more noise.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in during a 3 week trip. It is all you could want in a hotel, and in a beautiful city. The staff were absolutely superior to almost every other hotel in Italy. The breakfast was 1st class. BUT, never, ever take a taxi in Italy- their rates are way beyond outrageous.... More

Spoleto was the first stay on our tour of northern Italy. We had four nights at this Hotel and enjoyed the whole experience. Our room was very room, comfortable and clean. Great views over the Valley. It is located right beside the site of a roman amphitheatre and very close to the town centre. Easy walking distance to everything in... More

The hotel's best feature is its location, right on the edge of the historic centre, close to everything and with very nice views all round. The rooms are quite well equipped, it has a modest but useful car park, quite a decent restaurant that you would want to eat at, despite the many restaurants nearby, and breakfast (included in tariff)... I recently spent almost two weeks here, as part of a larger group, and they could not have been more kind and accommodating to us! The hotel is modern in style, scrupulously clean, and comfortably furnished, with beautiful views all around. Our room was on the shady side of the building (helpful in the August heat) with a lovely balcony... More

I did not travel the opportunity to stay at this hotel, however, I found myself in a position during the Festival with another hotel room poked that was totally inadequate. I went to the hotel with hopes of finding a room for six nights. They were unable to accommodate my request, they did however go,out of their way to find... More

This hotel is nicely located near the old city and is close to everything. The staff is gracious and welcoming. The overall hotel layout is very nice and the food and service is very good. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a spot to relax and enjoy Umbria via day trips to the many hill towns.

We thoroughly enjoyed and felt relaxed in this quietly unstated, clean and comfortable Hotel in interesting and not so crowed Spoleto. The views from our room very lovely, the breakfast and meals very good and the staff quietly nice. Highly recommended

We stayed for one night only but what a pleasure this hotel is, it surely deserves another star. It was also the cheapest accommodation in three weeks of travelling so we were not expecting much. It over delivers enormously. The reception is warm and welcoming, the room is comfortable and spacious, with a good size shower. The beds are so... More
