Yes our room was facing the piste and we didn’t have a balcony.

Yes the balconies do face the pistes and the views are lovely. We watched the ski races from our balcony, and the snow ploughs coming down in the evenings.

since its a Crystal hotel, you have to go via them direct, alternatively try to call rep who works that hotel which crystal should be able to give you

"Facing the slopes is amazing, but can be noisy. Use the button lifts to ski down to ski school.Take a t-shirt as the hotel is very warm."
